Alex: Sports competition are the perfect opportunity to

highlight camaraderie, sportsmanship, and talents.

Joy: And school is a place where students are nurtured toward
becoming responsible and productive members of society.
Alex: Education is partial without sports. Sports help students
in character building and maintain energy and strength, which
improve their blood circulation. It also improves the mental
sharpness and stamina.
Joy: Likewise, Physical Education encourages students to have
holistic and active lifestyles and practice the arts of winning,
loosing and teamwork.
Alex: In other words, participating physical education
invaluable life skills.
Both: Good morning!
Joy: Good morning, partner!
Alex: Good morning as well, partner! To formally start this
program, let us all rise to acknowledge our Almighty Father to
be led to us by Mrs. Rosel Soriano.
Joy: And please remain standing for the singing of the National
Anthem to be led by the Selected G9 Avogadro Lyrists.
Alex: This time may hear a simple message from our stunning
Principal, Ma’am Janet P. Bautista.
Joy: Thank you ma’am for that warm welcome and a very
inspiring message. Once again, we are pleased to welcome all
of you to our school and we hope that all participants can
compete in a healthy manner.
Alex: Without wasting any of time, may we have a role call.
Please give your best yell as your team or year level is being
called. After which is the parade of Competing Teams to be
participated by the Team Leader.
(Calling each team)
Joy: There you have it! Ladies and gentlemen! A big round of
applause please.
Alex: At this juncture, let us gear up into the most important
part of this event. May I now ask everyone to please stand.
Joy: The torch is a common trademark of both enlightenment
and hope. The flame is a symbol of the Olympic message of
peace, friendship, tolerance and hope. This ceremony
symbolizes many things in the spirit of the game. It represents
a lot of things including purity, a strive for perfection and life.
Alex: In God’s understanding, the light of torch radiates
outward and dissipates darkness. This torch of spiritual
understanding helps us gain dominion, through divine power,
over sin, sickness, and discouragement. It is a light at the end
of the tunnel of material sense of existence.
Joy: Yes, indeed. And now may we call the coaches to please
gather in front together with the principal, Ma’am Janet P.
Bautista. May we also request our students to please remain
standing as we witness the lighting of Torch.
Alex: May we call the torch bearer, Mr. Onnyx Cagurungan our
Palaro 2022-2023 Taekwondo Bronze Medalist.
Joy: There you have it folks, Torch has been lighted. This time,
we shall witness the raising of Team Banners. May we ask the
Muse and Escort of each team to do the banner rainsing.
Alex: And to lead us the Oath of Sportsmanship, may we
welcome Ms. Fatima B. Rodriguez, Division Taekwondo Athlete.
Joy: To officially declare the Opening of this year’s Intramurals
2023, may we call on Mrs. Ruth D. Siquian, PESS Coordinator.
Alex: I believe that everybody is much excited now for the
cheer dance competition partner.
Joy: You’re right partner, so let us not prolong their agony,
may we now present our judges and the criteria for judging and
to do the honor, may we call in Ma’am Maryjane G. Merin.
Alex: Thank you so much ma’am! And now, ladies and
gentlemen, without so much further ado, let’s start the Cheer
Dance Competition.
Joy: Wow! That was indeed a very fascinating performance
partner.
Alex: Exactly, Partner! This time, let us see what our next
presenters will show to us. Are you ready?
Joy: And now without so much dilly dally, lets call on the
_________team. A round of applause please.
Alex: Wow! That was amazingly done, partner.
Joy: Without a doubt partner. This time, let us give the spot
to______ in their performance.
Alex: Thank you so much students for that breath taking
round. For sure our judges will find it hard to score your
performances.
Joy: I’m pretty sure of that partner. And will find out the
winners of this competition partner during the awarding
ceremony.
Alex: And that concludes our Cheer Dance Competition:
Joy: Thank you so much dear judges for gracing this event. And
to all our contenders and coaches. Congratulations of all our
excellent performances.
Both: Once again, good morning and have a great day
everyone!
