I hope this letter funds you well. We are writing to seek your intervention
regarding a serious financial matter, involving the above.
He acquired a loan and was expected to make timely re-payment but invain as
results the guarantors which stood as sureties their shares have been dedicated
to repay the outstanding amount.
We would appreciate your support in facilitating a suitable resolution. Your
intervention could help prevent further financial and legal application for all

The Chairperson welcomed all members and asked Charlse Ngali to open with a
prayer at 2.00 pm. He then welcomed the Head Teacher who gave the agenda of
the day as follows:-

c) Utilization of RMI funds

MIN 24/6/2025 UTILIZATION OF RMI FUNDS
In a BOM meeting held on 5th June 2025,the Board members identified a number
of projects to be carried out in the school using RMI funds as follows:-
i) Purchase of students lockers & Chairs
ii) Installation of electricity
iii) Painting of JSS Classes
iv) Purchase of white boards
After consultation SIC members agreed to purchase students lockers and Chairs for
JSS leaners using the RMI funds of Ksh.55,200 and the balances in the Bank
Account.

Having no other business, the meeting ended at 3.30 pm with a prayer from James
Nderitu.
