The accused Amol Kashiram Telgote, Aniruddha


Kashiram Telgote, Babarao Tulshiram Dandi, Ashabai Kahiram
Telgote, Jyoti Gautam Wankhade and Swati Himmat Anbhore are
charge-sheeted for the offences punishable under Sections 108, 85,
352, 3(5) of BNS. Today accused are present before me. Section 108
of BNS is exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Session. The
copies of police report and other documents as specified in section
197 of BNSS have been supplied to the accused through their
advocate. In respect of compliance accused filed pursis on record.
Hence, the case needs to be committed to the Court of Session and
accordingly, I pass following order.

ORDER

1. The case be committed to the Court of Sessions.

2. Accused are directed to appear before the Court of Session at


Akola on 25.07.2025.

3. The record of the case, documents and articles which are to be


produced in evidence shall be sent to the Court of Sessions.

4. I.O. is directed to send Muddemal property, if any directly to


the Court of Sessions.

5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of


the case to the Court of Sessions.
