Getting Started
1. Charging the Keychain Camera
To get the most of your new camera, we recommend you fully charge it before first
use. To charge the camera, open the charging cover to reveal the charging port, and
connect the camera to a USB adapter or computer using the included USB cable.

Once fully charged, disconnect the cable and ensure the charging cover is securely
fastened. The indicator will remain red while charging and black out when fully
charged. While charging the camera via a computer, ensure that computer is
connected to a power source. If the status light does not turn on, use a different
USB port instead.
Note: The battery cannot be detached from the camera. Do not attempt to
disassemble it, as this may pose a safety risk.

2. Installing or Removing the Memory Card

• To insert the memory card (sold separately), open the charging cover to reveal the
memory card slot, then insert it in the orientation shown and close the cover.
Note: Be sure to turn off the camera before installation.
• To remove the card, gently press it inwards with your fingernail, and it will then pop out.

Please use SAMSUNG, Kingston, SanDisk, etc. microSD cards that meet these
requirements:
• microSD, microSDHC or microSDXC.
• U3 rating.
• Capacity up to 64GB (FAT32).
Note:
1. Don’t use the card near strong currents or magnetic fields.
2. Don’t let the card touch metal objects, or use any metal tools on it case it’s
squeezed, bent, or falls.
3. Store the card in dry places away from corrosive substances.
4. Insert the card into the card slot in the right orientation.
5. Ensure that no foreign items are inserted into the card slot.
6. Turn off the camera before inserting or removing the card.

Powering On and Off
Powering On: While the camera is off, press and hold the Power button to turn it
on. The Keychain camera will vibrate for 2 seconds with the blue indicator at the
bottom remaining on.
Powering Off: While the camera is on, press and hold the Power to turn it off. The
Keychain camera will vibrate for 2 seconds times with the blue indicator turning off.
Tip: The Keychain camera will shut down automatically if no operation is applied
within the preset auto shutdown time.
Turning Wifi On or Off
In Standby mode, press the Wifi button to turn on Wifi. The yellow indicator at the
top will be flashing slowly.
To turn off Wifi, press the Wifi button, and the yellow indicator will black out.
Note: If the camera’s Wifi is activated but not linked to the app within 1 minute, it
will auto-disable. Re-activate the camera’s Wifi to reconnect to the app.

Turning Fill Light On or Off

In Standby mode, press and hold the Fill Light button for at least 2 seconds to turn
Fill Light on or off.
Tips: The black Keychain camera does not have the Fill Light feature.

Using the Shutter Button

In Standby mode, press the Shutter button to start recording video. The blue
indicator will be flashing slowly. Press it again to stop capturing the video.
Tip: The The Keychain camera is in Video mode by default when turned on. It can
also remember the video mode enabled on the app last time.

Downloading the AKASO GO App

To sync your camera with the app, download the AKASO GO app from the App Store
(iOS) or Google Play (Android) by searching for “AKASO GO”.

Connecting to AKASO GO App

To set up your Keychain camera or view the camera’s status, you need to connect

Follow the steps below to connect your cameara to the AKASO GO app.

Once you have successfully connected your Keychain to the app, you can view the
camera’s status, switch shooting modes, capture photos or videos, configure settings,
access your recorded files, and perform OTA upgrade on the AKASO GO app.

Video Mode
The camera is in Video mode by default when turned on.
In this mode, press the Shutter button to record normal video at the preset
resolution and frame rate. Press the Shutter button again to stop recording. Note:
Note: Capturing videos in warm environments in high resolutions and frame rates
will consume more power.

Loop Recording Mode

1 Min / 3 Min / 5 Min (Default setting: 1 Min.)
In this mode, press the Shutter button to record video of the set length. When the
MicroSD card is full, the camera will automatically delete the earliest videos to
continue recording. For example, if the "1 Min" option is selected, the camera will
create video clips of 1 minute in length. A 1 minute clip will be deleted when
memory is full.

Time Lapse Video

1 Sec / 3 Sec / 5 Sec / 10 Sec / 30 Sec /1 Min (Default setting: 1 Sec.)
In Time Lapse Video mode, press the Shutter button to create video clips by
capturing frames at the set interval.
Note: Time Lapse Video is captured without audio.

Slow Motion Video

In this mode, press the shutter button to record a slow-motion video at the set
resolution and speed. The video is recorded at a playback speed of 30 fps, providing
a captivating slow-motion effect during playback.

Wind Noise Reduction

Off / On (Default setting: Off)
Turn on Wind Noise Reduction to minimize the wind noises produced in fast-moving
movements.

Image Stabilization
Off / Basic Image Stabilization / SuperSmooth
Off: Turn off Image Stabilization.
Basic Image Stabilization (EIS 2.0)
Off / On (Default setting: Off)
Image Stabilization can efficiently smooth out the lens shakes, resulting in smooth
and pristine videos. This feature is ideal for capturing scenes involving activities like
riding, skating, and handheld use.
SuperSmooth (Super Image Stabilization)
Off / On (Default setting: Off)
An upgraded in-app image stabilization mode that delivers ultras-mooth footage. To
achieve this, the SuperSmooth stabilization algorithm is applied via the AKASO GO
app. For SuperSmooth results, record the video with SuperSmooth enabled, then
download the stabilized video via the AKASO GO app.
Note:
1. Basic Image Stabilization and SuperSmooth can't be enabled at the same time.
2. The two image stabilization modes cannot be activated when Time-lapse Video or
Slow Motion Video is enabled or when the video resolution set to 720P120fps.
3. Basic Image Stabilization cannot be activated when Loop Recording is enabled or
when the video resolution is set to 720P120fps.
4. Super Image Stabilization is available in all resolutions, while basic Image
Stabilization only supports resolutions within 60fps.

Download SuperSmooth Videos

To get a SuperSmooth video, you need to record a video with SuperSmooth enabled,
then download it from the app to your phone by following the steps below.
Step 1: Enable SupperSmooth on the app. To do this, connect the AKASO GO app to
the camera, tap the settings icon in the upper right corner to access the app's settings
screen, then tap "Image Stabilization" to select the "SuperSmooth" option.

Step 2: Press the Shutter button the camera or the app to start video recording.

Step 3: Tap the Album icon in the bottom left corner to enter the playback screen,
and select the video with the SuperSmooth icon.

Step 4: Tap the Download icon in the bottom right corner, and choose “SuperSmooth”
to access the download screen. Patiently wait for the download progress to complete.
Step 5: Once it is downloaded successfully, the video is processed by the
SuperSmooth Stabilization algorithm.
Step 6: Once processed, the video is stored in your phone’s album.

Important Note:

In this mode, press the Shutter button to continuously take photos at the set shot.
This mode is perfect for capturing fast-moving activities.
Time Lapse Photo
3 Sec / 5 Sec / 10 Sec / 30 Sec / 1 Min (Default setting: 3 Sec)
In this mode, press the Shutter button to capture a series of photos at the set
interval and choose the best one later.

Fill Light can enhance the visibility of subjects in low-light conditions, allowing for
high-quality photos or videos with better detail and clarity.
Tip: The black Keychain camera does not have the Fill Light feature.
2. Auto-rotate
On / Off (Default setting: Off)
This setting determines the orientation of your video or photos to help you prevent
upside-down footage.
Note: The camera's user interface will be upside down with this feature enabled.

3. Auto Shut Down

Auto Shut Down helps to power off camera after a period of inactivity to save
battery life.
4. White Balance
Auto / Daylight / Cloudy / Tungsten / Fluorescent (Default setting: Auto)
White Balance fine-tunes the color temperature of your videos and photos, ensuring
optimal color accuracy in both warm and cool lighting conditions.
5. Distortion Calibration
On / Off (Default setting: Off)
Distortion Calibration can correct the fisheye effect that can occur in wide-angle
captures, providing images without distortion.
6. Date Stamp
Off / Date / Date & Time
The camera will add a watermark to your videos or photos per your setting.
7. Format microSD Card
Cancel / Confirm (Default setting: Cancel)
To keep your memory card in good condition, reformat it on a regular basis.
Reformatting erases all of your content, so be sure to offload your photos and
videos first.
8. Factory Reset
Cancel / Confirm (Default setting: Cancel)
This option resets the device to the original factory settings.
9. Remaining Battery
Check how much battery is left in your device.
10. Card Capacity
Check the card capacity and remaining space of your microSD card.

Check the version of your Keychain camera.

Mounting Your Keychain Camera

the pivot stand to dislodge or become detached.

• The Pivot Stand can be connected to other compatible accessories using the 1/4"
mounting screw.
• To maintain optimal magnetic force, avoid using the Keychain camera with thick
clothing as it may weaken the magnetic attraction. Always test the stability of the
Keychain camera before shooting.
• Individuals with cardiac pacemakers should refrain from wearing the Magnet Board.
• When utilizing the pivot stand and magnet base, ensure they are attached to dry,
clean, and flat surfaces. Avoid attaching them to surfaces prone to strong vibrations.
• If the magnet base or pivot stand loses its stickiness, clean it with water and allow it
to dry for re-use. After use, remember to re-apply their original covers to preserve
stickiness. Avoid exposing the magnet base or pivot stand to high- or low-tempera
ture environments.

Updating the Camera Firmware

OTA updates are of great importance to enhance your user experience, expand the
camera’s capabilities, and improve its performance and responsiveness. It is strongly
recommended that you perform regular OTA updates via the AKASO GO app, as new
upgrade packages for your camera are released frequently.
With your Keychain camera connected to the AKASO GO app, you will be notified
whenever there is new firmware update available. Follow the provided instructions to
complete the firmware update progress.
Tip: To confirm if the firmware is updated successfully, you can tap the "Version"
option on the app to check the camera's version.

Q&A
Q: How long does it take to download a video to my smartphone?
A: The download time for your clips will vary based on the quantity and duration of
the clips. For a single 30-second clip recorded at 4K/30fps, the estimated download
time is approximately 35 seconds.
Q: Can my camera capture 360° video?
A: The Keychain camera can only capture 124° video.
Q: How long does the battery last?
A: The Keychain camera comes with a built-in 500mAh battery. The camera can work
for around 60mins when fully charged. Note: The actual battery life may vary based
on the environment and usage.
Q: Why does the camera not turn on?
A: Charge your camera for at least 30 minutes. If you still cannot power on your
device, press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to reset your camera.

新しいカメラを最大限に活用するために、初めて使用する前に完全に充電することをおす

カメラを充電するには、充電ポートを表示するために充電カバーを開き、付属の USBケー
ブルを使用してカメラをUSBアダプターまたはコンピューターに接続しま す。

AKASO GO アプリへの接続
Keychainカメラの設定やステータスの表示には、 アプリとの接続が必要です。 アプ リの機
能にはカメラのコントロール、 ライブプレビュー、再生、 ダウンロード、設 定などがあります
。以下の手順に従ってカメラをAKASO GOアプリに接続します。
�. スタンバイモードで、電源ボタンを押してデバイスのWifiをオンにします。
�. 携帯電話のWifi設定ページに移動し、 リストから"SNKCXXXX"という名前のWifi
SSIDを見つけてタップし、接続にはパスワード����������を入力します。
�. AKASO GOアプリを開き、
「デバイス」→「デバイスの追加」をタップし、接続
するためにリストから 「Keychain」を選択します。
�.「上記の操作は確認されました」 とチェックを入れ、「ライブプレビュー」をタッ

SuperSmoothビデオを取得するには、 まずSuperSmoothを有効にしてビデオを録画 し、 次

Keychain カメラの取り付け

ポイント
• �/�"取り付けネジを使用して、ピボットスタンドを他の互換性ありのアクセサリに接続
できます。
• 厚手の服はボードの磁力を弱める可能性があるため、厚手の服でKeychainカメラを
使用しないでください。撮影する前に、必ずKeychainカメラの安定性をテストしてくだ
さい。
• 心臓ペースメーカーを装着している人は、 マグネットボードを装着しないでください。
• ピボットスタンドとスティッキーベースを使用する場合は、乾いた清潔で平らな面に取
り付けてください。振動の強い面への取り付けは避けてください。
• スティッキーベースまたはピボットスタンドの粘着性が失われた場合は、水で洗浄し、
乾燥させて再利用してください。使用後、粘着性を維持するために、元のカバーを再
度貼り付けてください。スティッキーベースまたはピボットスタンドを高温または低温
