Note : The Project Leader is required to submit periodic reports and its continuation in
the second year would depend upon its progress assessed by DST & RFBR. At
the end of each financial year the Indian Project Leader is also required to submit
the Utilization Certificates and Statement of Expenditure in prescribed to DST.
