Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I, Latika Taneja Manchanda (Emp ID: 20161114), presently working at
Bindapur G (Coed) SSS 1618191 as PGT Special Educator.

I respectfully submit this application for a mutual interchange of school allotment with Shobha (Emp ID:
20140092), who is presently working at Paschim Vihar, A-6 G (Coed) SSS – 1617032 as PGT Special
Educator.

Both of us have mutually agreed to exchange our respective school postings due to personal and
genuine reasons. The primary reason for this request is that the schools currently allotted to us are
located far from our residences, making daily commuting extremely challenging, especially considering
that both of us have small children who require our attention and care.

In view of the above, we humbly request you to kindly consider our application for mutual interchange
and approve the transfer at the earliest possible convenience.
