(Regd.) son of Sh. T.O. Gupta aged 58 years resident of 894/17, Faridabad
in connection with our application submitted to HSBTE for seeking grant
for extension of affiliation for the academic session 2025-26 do hereby
solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. That the financial resources of the Polytechnic/Institution are such as to


make sufficient provisions for the continued maintenance and
smooth working of Polytechnic/Institution.
2. The Polytechnic/Institution have adequate reserve/corpus fund of Rs. 1
crore as per AICTE norms.
3. The Polytechnic/Institution undertakes that the amount of the reserve fund
shall not be utilized for meeting the day to day expenses of the institution
and withdrawals from the reserve fund shall be made only with the prior
approval of the Chairman of the Board and the money withdrawn shall be
utilized for such purposes as are approved by the Chairman.
4. The accounts of the polytechnic/institution shall be audited and certified
by a Chartered Accountant and proper accounts statements should be
prepared as per rules. A copy each of the Statement of Accounts of
financial year shall be sent to the Board every year.
5. No part of income from the institution shall accrue to any individual in the
Trust/Society/Managing Committee etc. running the institution.
6. The channeling of funds by the management to person (s) or enterprise
other than for furthering education in the Polytechnic/Institution will
contravene the rules governing affiliation and will call for appropriate
action by the Board.
7. The Management of the institute shall strictly follow latest guidelines as
specified by the HSBTE/AICTE/PCI/HMCT/State Government from time to
time.
