Structure: Paraphrase + Clear opinion (positives outweigh negatives / negative
outweighs positive)

Option 1 (Formal):
Meanwhile, I believe that the positives/negatives of this situation outweigh the
negatives/positives, and reasons to support my viewpoint will be explained in
the ensuing paragraphs, along with examples.
Option 2 (Simple):
I believe that the positives/negatives of this development are greater than the
negatives/positives, and I will explain why in the paragraphs below.
