Title Abstract
Abstract
This study proposes a deep learning-based approach for text summarization in the Derashegna
language. Text summarization is a challenging task, especially for low-resource languages like
Derashegna. The proposed approach utilizes a sequence-to-sequence model with attention
mechanism to generate concise and informative summaries.
To train the model, a dataset of Derashegna text documents and their corresponding human-
generated summaries is collected. The model learns to encode the input text and generate a
summary by attending to the most relevant parts of the input. The training process involves
optimizing the model's parameters using backpropagation and gradient descent algorithms.
The proposed approach is evaluated using standard evaluation metrics such as ROUGE scores.
The results demonstrate that the model is able to generate summaries that capture the key
information in the input text, achieving competitive performance compared to existing methods
for text summarization in other languages.
The proposed approach has the potential to be used in various applications, such as news
summarization, document summarization, and information retrieval in the Derashegna language.
By automatically generating concise summaries, this approach can save time and effort for users
who need to quickly extract important information from large amounts of text.
In conclusion, the proposed deep learning-based approach for text summarization in the
Derashegna language shows promising results in generating informative summaries. This
approach addresses the challenges of text summarization in low-resource languages and has the
potential to be applied in various real-world applications.
2. Title :- integrated knowledge based expert system for sinus disease diagnosis
Abstract:
Sinus diseases are common medical conditions that can cause significant discomfort and impact
a person's quality of life. Timely and accurate diagnosis is crucial for effective treatment. In this
study, we propose an integrated knowledge-based expert system for sinus disease diagnosis. The
system utilizes deep learning techniques to analyze patient symptoms and medical history, and
provides a comprehensive assessment of the likelihood of sinus disease.
The expert system is designed to incorporate a vast amount of medical knowledge related to
sinus diseases. This knowledge is represented in the form of rules and facts, which are stored in a
knowledge base. The system uses a rule-based inference engine to reason and make decisions
based on the input provided by the user.
To train the deep learning model, a large dataset of patient records with diagnosed sinus diseases
is used. The model learns to extract relevant features from the input data and predict the
likelihood of sinus disease. The training process involves optimizing the model's parameters
using backpropagation and gradient descent algorithms.
The integrated expert system allows users to input their symptoms and medical history through a
user-friendly interface. The system then processes this information, applies the learned deep
learning model, and provides a diagnosis along with recommended treatment options. The
system also has the capability to update its knowledge base periodically to incorporate new
medical research findings.
In conclusion, the proposed integrated knowledge-based expert system for sinus disease
diagnosis shows promising results in accurately diagnosing sinus diseases. The combination of
deep learning techniques and a comprehensive knowledge base enhances the accuracy and
efficiency of the diagnosis process, potentially leading to improved patient outcomes.
