Problem Statement
Wayne Mallette is the director of performance management for Callaway Golf Canada, the world`s
largest golf club manufacturer. In 2004, Mallette launched the Mobile Performance Team (MPT), a
team of 20 consultants who demonstrate the Callaway equipment line as well as measuring
customers for custom equipment at private golf courses during the golf season. Mallette has been
asked by Callaway Canada`s managing director to design a plan for the approaching 2008 golf
season to make sure that Callaway Canada will stay ahead of its competitors. ... Show more content

Having a professional on site would increase the credibility and effectiveness of the consultations.
An inconvenience in this plan is that `to become certified in Canada, an individual must work a
minimum of 35 hours per week under a head professional and pass a playing ability test (Jackman,
Brett (2008) Callaway Golf Canada. Ivey Cases page 9).

3) Mallette also is considering pairing the MPCs up with professional staff at the club the MPC
is working at. This would have the same benefit of having professionally certified MPCs, but
there wouldn`t be the one on one aspect that many club members enjoy and value. On the
contrary, club members may be comforted by having a member of their club`s professional staff
present, it may lead the club member to trust Callaway Golf and the MPC more. It would also be
beneficial as the club member could consult the club`s staff member if they had any more questions
after the MPC had left. The inconvenience in this scenario is that Callaway would have to pay the
club staff member as well as the MPC.

4) Another option would be to update the equipment that Callaway Golf MPC`s use during their
consultations. They currently are using Accusport Vector machines that are in fine working
condition, but the newest model has just been launched, the Vector Pro monitor which would be
useful for the golf professionals during lessons as it incorporates video swing analysis into the fitting
Persuasive Essay On Coming To America
I believe there will be a rainbow after a thunderstorm. As any living thing, we go through many
different occasions. Most of them being difficult situations that require a bit more than some fine
tuning to resolve. We usually try to avoid these situations, because they are trouble and
bothersome. But still sometime these decisions are made for us, we do not get to decide what
happens. Whether it s another hard day of work to support your family or making anxious and
pressuring decisions that will decide the fate of a company. They are all rewarding experiences
whether the rewardis minimum wage or landing million dollar contracts. I have never experienced
what people might call hardship before, not until I became 12. Before that, the only thing I saw as
problems were school and the occasional fights at my school. It was never anything serious, just
some scratches. A few years before I was 12, the year I immigrated here to America, my dad has
talked about his thoughts and plans about it. I can remember him putting his hand on my shoulder
with a firm yet gentle grip and speaking Chinese, which roughly translates to You ve got to study
hard, especially English, you will make much use of it later. I didn t understand much of it then.
But that all changed when I came to America. One day, not long after I moved into my first house
in America. There was a small park on the other side of the street, and since it was summer, all the
kids I ve seen from my window are in the
Summary Of The Beginning Of Nervous Conditions
tion
At the beginning of Nervous Conditions, Tambu sees education as a pathway to financial success,
based on the example set by Babamukuru. She describes her uncle s offer to pay for Nhamo s
education as oceanic, since it would lift our branch of the family out of the squalor in which we were
living. Babamukuru believes that education is the route to alleviate dependency. Meanwhile, his
own wife, Maiguru, has a masters degree that she has never used. Tambu is desperate to be
educated, as it will be her ticket out of poverty. When she arrives at the convent school, though, it
becomes clear that her colonial education will continue to subjugate her because she is an African.
To the white children, education is a right, and the Africans are taught to see it as a privilege.
Looking back, Tambu recognizes that this system enforces a colonial power structure but at the
time, it seemed a great opportunity and certainly does allow her to build a life outside of her family s
poverty.

Short for Tambudzai, she is the teenage protagonist of the novel. Tambu is extremely driven to be
educated, even though her parents are more focused on her brother s advancement simply because
he is male. When Nhamo dies, Tambu gets the opportunity to move to the mission to study. She
develops a deep connection with her cousin, Nyasha, and together, the two girls navigate adolescence
in postcolonial Zimbabwe.

Comparing Your Life s Blueprint And Opinion
In the passages What is Your Life s Blueprint? and Opinion: My College Story Can Be Yours the
authors share life lessons for being successful in life. But, both articles have a specific lesson that
the authors highlighted in their writing. They are slightly different but are both very
inspirational. To start off, the theme of What is Your Life s Blueprint? is to be the best that you
can be and to be happy with yourself. It quotes, be a bush if you can t be a tree. If you can t be a
highway, just be a trail. If you can t be the sun, be a star. This illustrates that even if someone isn t
as fortunate, they can still make the best of what they have. Everyone should be proud of
themselves, and be positive. Even if you have a basic job
Arsenic And Old Lace By Joseph Kesselring
Arsenic and Old Lace Arsenic and Old Lace, written by Joseph Kesselring, is a play that takes
place in Brooklyn New York. The opening scene takes place in September of 1942, in the
Brewster living room. It is the home of Aunt Abby and Aunt Martha Brewster they both may seem
perfectly sane, but we find out they are both crazy murderers. Together, they have 12 dead bodies in
their home. The women think they are doing their victims favors, because all of their victims were
lonely and death would be better than that. In the Brewster house, with the two aunts, lives Teddy,

Falling action includes the cops walking inside in the middle of Jonathan trying to murder
Mortimer. The production comes to a halt when more cops and Mr. Witherspoon come in much
to Jonathans dismay. The Denouement is when all the papers are signed and Aunt Martha, Aunt
Abby and Teddy all go to Happy Dale. The theme of Arsenic and Old Lace is generosity is in the
eye of the beholder. All of the Brewsters think they are doing people a favor or helping throughout
the play when in reality their actions are not entirely generous. For example the Aunts don t
believe they are doing a bad thing by killing these people, instead they think they are helping old
men find peace. Aunt Abby expresses this feeling when talking to Martha saying, He sat dead in
that chair looking so peaceful remember, Martha we made up our minds right then and there that
if we could help other lonely old men to the same place we would (26). Though Abby had her
reasons for doing such a kind thing and she truly believed she was helping, she still killed him.
Mortimer also goes out of his way to be kind to Elaine. After Mortimer learns about his family s
history he tells Elaine he will not marry her because he doesn t want to burden her with the
inevitable fact that he will be crazy too. He tells Elaine, I love you very much , Elaine. In fact I love
you so much I can t marry you (55). Mortimer is trying to help
An Explanation Of How Billing And Coding Works For...
B.An explanation of how billing and coding works for healthcare services
Medical billing and coding are two closely related aspects of the modern health care industry. Both
practices are involved in the immensely important reimbursement cycle, which ensures that health
care providers are paid for the services they perform. For the sake of simplicity, let s divide the two at
the moment and look at them as separate pieces of a larger process. We ll begin with medical coding.
Medical Coding Medical coding, at its most basic, is a little like translation. It s the coder s job to
take something that s written one way (a doctor s diagnosis, for example, or a prescription for a
certain medication) and translate it as accurately as possible into a numeric or alphanumeric code.
For every injury, diagnosis, and medical procedure, there is a corresponding code. There are
thousands and thousands of codes for medical procedures, outpatient procedures, and diagnoses. Let
s start with a quick example of medical coding in action. A patient walks into a doctor s office with a
hacking cough, high production of mucus or sputum, and a fever. A nurse asks the patient their
symptoms and performs some initial tests, and then the doctor examines the patient and diagnoses
bronchitis. The doctor then prescribes medication to the patient.
Every part of this visit is recorded by the doctor or someone in the healthcare provider s office. It s
the medical coder s job to translate every bit of relevant
Nature Vs. Nurture Issues
The nature vs. nurture issues is the most important study of human development for many reasons.
In fact, both issues play an important role in human development over time. One main reason why
nature vs. nurture is an important study in psychology today is because of its developmental traits.
Traits are characteristics inherited from your parents. Also, a trait is something that is passed down
from generation, such as a person s personality. The article stated many different interactions
between nature and nurture. One nurtures interaction the article stated was that human traits are
biologically pasted down by parents. I agree with the fact that some traits are biologically pasted
down by parents. In fact, some traits can become adopted
