In the Machiavellian matrix, the four types occupy the different sections of the diagram

This solution may sound a bit cruel to the elders. For those people who were desperately waiting for
retirement, either due to physically incapability or desire to rest, the extra years added onto
retirement age may sound like a torture. It may even cause people of young age groups to
immigrate to different parts of the world to avoid the extensive working years in their country.
Also, elders are less efficient in producing goods or providing services because of the natural health
deterioration. Therefore, even if the citizens accepted the decision of increasing the retirement age,
the elders may not be able to produce an expected amount of gross domestic product. However, the
decrease in the number of retired people itself helps with government revenue. Although the elders
may not be able to produce a sufficient amount of product to support the even older group of people,
the exclusion of the moderately old people from government pension and other government
expenditures helps sustain a healthy cycle in government revue. However, in order to successfully
execute this plan, the Korean government would need a very strong leader that is able to convince
its citizens to trust the government s decision because the increase in retirement age may enrage the

Slang can sometimes come off a bit rudely. With the words duh, yeah, and right, they don t sound

you use shortcuts and slang. But if you are speaking to someone who s older than you, like a
parent, then it would be better off that you talk to them with standard language. One time my older
brother said yolo and my mom asked what that meant. After he explained it to her she said it didn t

I watched Aida at Nerinx Hall s Heagney Theatre. Because there is an ensemble, there are many
characters in this musical. However, the main eight characters in Aida are Aida, Amneris, Nehebka,
Radames, Zoser, Pharaoh, Mereb, and Amonasro. Aida begins in a modern museum that contains a
statue of a female pharaoh. The female pharaoh, Amneris, tells the audience a story, so the setting is
transported to Ancient Egypt. The settings in Ancient Egypt varies from a dock, a marketplace,
Amneris dressing room, a tombstone that is underground, and more. During this time, Egypt is at
war with Nubia. As the Egyptian soldiers are capturing Nubian women, Radames notices that Aida is

The audience is able to understand that Aida and Radames are dying because of the lights. The
lights slowly dimmed until the theater was black, which gave the audience the perspective of
Aida and Radames. The reason being, eventually, Aida and Radames eyes will close when they

It is clear that the two were in the field that day and they both saw very similar things which the
also interpreted very similarly. When we compare William s poem and Dorothy s journal we can
see both comparisons and contrasts between the texts. The different comparisons we see may
help us understand why Dorothy did not achieve such fame as her brother had. Dorothy s
description of the text is very natural as she is simply describing what she saw and how she saw
it then and there. When she first saw the daffodils she simply says When we were in the woods

Growing up, Spanish and English were spoken at home. My mom never pushed a language on
me; she more often than not just reflected what language I was speaking. From a young age, I
developed an affinity for speaking English. I was hearing it in the classroom and around my
neighborhood and I began to associate Spanish with shame and otherness. I strove to speak more
and more English at home. My mother would speak to me in Spanish and I would solely respond
in English. Uprooted from my predominately Latinx neighborhood to a predominately white
neighborhood, I felt I needed to be different, be whiter to fit in. My ability to speak Spanish in my
childhood was one of my main connections to my culture. I used it to contradict the color of my
skin, to feel accepted as a Puerto Rican woman. In a predominantly Latinx neighborhood in the
Bronx, Spanish allowed me to tap into other Latinx cultures and feel a sense of unity amongst my
peers, but a simple move thirty minutes north completely changed my experiences with language.
I no longer discussed my heritage, I did not speak Spanish at school and I benefited from my white
passing privilege as much as I could. Moreover, in a rich neighborhood, all I heard from classmates
and their families was the lowly perspectives they had of Latinx people. We were all referred to
Mexicans and day laborers so I decided I could not allow myself to be perceived that way. I did not
