 Observation Of A Soccer Field In Elementary School
Observation #1 For my first observation I observed my four year old nephew s soccer practice at
an elementary school which lasted about a half an hour. They met on the empty field at the
elementary school, there were about 3 other teams practicing at the same time but everyone was
spread out. The coaches set up cones and pop up goals for the children. There were about 12 15
children there, I think they said a few kids weren t there. There were about four coaches or
helpers working with the children. The first thing they did with the kids was a few warm up
activities, the first being some sort of running activity where the children ran around following the
coaches, next, they hopped in place being silly. Then the kids each got a ball and began a kicking
exercise were the had to go around and try to kickthe ball at the cones and knock them down. Then
the kids got in a line with their ball and followed the leader around while dribbling the ball with
both feet. In the next activity, the children got to practice kicking a stationary ball into the goal.
After that, they played a 7 min practice game. At this point, many of the children were in the pre
control level of proficiency because for most it is their first time playing soccer and I could
definitely tell. There might have been a few activities where some children where at control level
but it was very minimal. For example, during the kicking exercise, it was very hard for the kids to
control where their ball was going.

During this research paper we will be looking into the definition of flight into known icing as it s
described by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) with special emphasis on the word known
or forecasted icing as a legal requirement for both pilots and aircraft. We will look at aircraft systems
designed for such operations and we will be analyzing the misunderstanding that many pilots have

We will be focusing more on airborne anti icing as part of Aircrafts rating for flight and the known
icing conditions as defined by the FAA. While ground removal of ice is not the focus FAR 135.227
and FAR 91.527 state.
No pilot may take off an aircraft that has frost, ice, or snow adhering to any rotor blade, propeller,
windshield, stabilizing or control surface; to a power plant installation; or to an airspeed, altimeter,
rate of climb, flight attitude instrument system, or wing, except that takeoffs may be made with frost
under the wing in the area of the fuel tanks if authorized by the FAA. (FAR, 2016)
There are always exceptions to this rule including meeting training requirements of FAR 135.341 and
meeting additional criteria outlined in FAR 135.227.
There are several deferent types of ground de icing including manual removal and the use of
chemicals or solutions (some heated) to remove ice and snow or preventing ice buildup on the
aircraft during the takeoff phase of flight. This is only to protect the aircraft until the aircrafts own
anti icing equipment can become effective. Some good sources for ground deicing processes and
procedures can be found in Aeronautics Information Manual (AIM) under section 7 5 14. As well as

 My Experience At The Military
I really did not know the type of work related stress I was going to get when I join the military,
because my mother was always there for me. The first time I left my home town, family and flew
in an aircraft was when I join the Unites States Air Force. During my experience 19 years in the
military, I learned that our management and supervisors work hard to learn from previously cases
and to teach how to prevent and or how to deal with stress. During this literature review, I learned
more on how some militarymember s coup with stress including PTSD, prepare military members
prior deployment and how veteran s experiences can mentor civilians with stressful jobs, and how
management can ease the work related stress by being a good mentor and having different styles
of leadership. Since the government are constantly trying to shut down the monetary assistance to
the military and veterans, how they are going to get the help when in need. Sometimes it is
difficult to understand when someone turns into alcoholics and other substance abuse to include
over the counter medication. Some military members or veterans are considered binge drinkers
when they consume 3 or more drinks for a male and a female consumes 4 or more drinks in a
single occasion. Others will start to smoke to include smokeless tobacco (Allen, Crawford, Kudler
2016). For example, some members when they are deployed to an overseas location they will use
Nyquil to go to sleep and they will become dependent.
