I Have For My Remix Project
For my Remix project, I have done the blog kind of think that helps the students what they should
do while they are in college. I have seen so many students in Michigan State University(MSU)
who feel pretty stressed out about their studies. I think that is because so many people do not do
the things that they suppose to do. The other reason I have selected this topic to do the remix on,
is that I have seen one of my friends go though this, I mean he was about the drop out of the
college, but he changed his life style totally. Like, he started going to class and taking notes and all
other things. I have used Storify, which is one of the best platforms for writing the blogs. I have
used this website because I was familiar with it and I knew how to use it.
For this remix project, my audience was the group of people who want to do well in college like
high school students, and other group of people who are thinking about dropping the college or even
feeling stressed out (I also consider some international students too). I tried to make the blog as funny
as I can. I mean the reason for that is if you go online and try to find this type of article that talks
about the same topic as mine, you probably end up with boring article. The article that I used to
do the remix on was the most boring article and it also talks about this type of topic which clearly
makes it much more boring that is why I decided to add some pictures and some GIF things so that I
can attract number of people.
The Cruelty Of Animal Cruelty
Hypocrisy comes to mind as I grudgingly watch a woman eat a cheeseburger while wearing a t
shirt with the phrase My Favorite Breed is RESCUED blasted on the front. With every bite I delve
deeper into the question of what exactly is animal cruelty and why does society differentiate
between which animals are worthy and not worthy of liberation. Humans have not only been hidden
skillfully from the atrocious truth that is factory farming, but many choose to remain ignorant as it
is easier to ignore the cries of cattle than to give up a delicious cheeseburger. Selfishly, we have
become content in our societally programmed sheltered view of the world. Fortunately, for us, we
can escape the shelter willingly, for the animals in factory farming,... Show more content on

Needless to say, the undercover investigation exposed Pilgrim s cruelty to animals, yet the Harnett
County District Attorney of North Carolina, Vernon Stewart, ultimately decided not to burden this
case with criminal charges (Staff, COK ). Perhaps, if animal cruelty laws were taken seriously and
implemented truly for all animals, more would ve been done to make this unlawful behavior
obsolete. Furthermore, a form of animal neglect is hoarding. Hoarding is described by the
Hoarding of Animals Research Consortium as the accumulation of a large amount of animals,
resulting in a lack of nutrition, sanitation, veterinary care, and failure to recognize these
deteriorating conditions of being harmful to both the animal and caretaker ( Hoarding ). There
are several laws prohibiting hoarding in every state and the individuals who participate can be
prosecuted either by fines, jail time or banned from animal ownership. For example, section 31
19 1 of New Mexico s Statutes declares that any defendant convicted of animal neglect can be
imprisoned up to one year and fined up to 1,000 dollars ( 2006 ). This law only applies to
domesticated animals and not livestock, thus leaving pigs the devastation of standing on gestation
crate floors covered in ammonia ridden feces. Full grown pigs are crammed into the 27 by 80 inch
crates, in facilities that often have more than 20 sows [mother pigs] per row and 100 more
Personal Narrative-Why I Chose To Be My Hero
Once, in the ninth grade, I came home in the evening and couldn t find my mother inside. All of the
lights were off, the television was off, dinner in the oven was burnt beyond recognition, and she
was nowhere. I ve always known that my family isn t the American dream. My father has never
been around, but coping with his abandonment wasn t something I struggled with. Instead, my
world imploded when I found out that my mother, the woman who used to be my hero, is an
alcoholic. I found her on the tile floor of her own bathroom, unconscious. I thought for just a brief
moment I had found my mother s body, that I was now completely alone in the world. I have relived
this night dozens of times over, but each time I come home to my drunken mother,... Show more

As long as I live, I ll never forget when she said, I guess I just don t love myself enough. And I, still
foolish enough to think that I could save her, said, It s okay, I ll love you enough for the both of
us. Except now I wonder, who is going to love my mother when I go away? Who is going to love
me when I go away? Stoak 3 The answer to the first question is still unknown to me. I worry, The
answer to the first question is still unknown to me. I worry, somehow, that when I leave for
school, I ll forget how to love the woman that passes out on the floors of bathrooms and
sometimes looks at me with bleary, unseeing eyes. I worry I ll forget how to forgive her for what
she s done to herself. I ll stop seeing the beautiful woman I used to be inspired by and I ll see her
for what she might really be: a broken, unfixable person. The answer to the second question is
simple in theory but difficult in practice. I am going to have to love myself. I will have to accept
my faults just as I accepted my mother s, and I will have to trust other people will find me lovable
after they get to know

The only way an attorney can list famous clients or well known cases on their website is if the
clients give their permission. The ABA model rules (2012) 1.6(a) provides information
concerning former clients. Model Rule 1.6(a): Confidentiality Of Information (a)A lawyer shall
not reveal information relating to the representation (b)of a client unless the client gives
informed consent, the disclosure is impliedly authorized in order to carry out the representation
or (c)the disclosure is permitted by paragraph (b) Getting clients in how to have a successful law
practice and advertising is a way of attracting clients. Attorneys have different methods of
advertising available to them, such as the yellow pages and the internet. However, an attorney is
not allowed to pay someone to recommend them. Model Rule 7.3 is the rule attorneys have to
follow before advertising. 7.3 Advertising Model Rule: (a) Subject to the requirements of Rules
7.1 and 7.3, a lawyer may advertise services through written, recorded or electronic
communication, including public media. (b) A lawyer shall not give anything of value to a person
for recommending the lawyer s services except that a lawyer may (1)pay the reasonable costs of
advertisements or communications permitted by this Rule; (2)pay the usual charges of a legal

Task Intrinsic Feedback
As instructors, it is part of our duty to teach individuals about specific learning tasks. It is also part
of our duty to relay information as best as we can to individuals so that they can understand the
tasks. Therefore, providing feedback is significantly important to learners. It is critical that when
individuals are learningthat they receive the correct feedback so that they may be able to perform
the task with the correct technique to reduce injury. There are two different types of feedback that
clients may receive. One of the feedbacks is the task intrinsic feedback and the other is augmented
feedback. Task intrinsic feedback is feedback that individuals receive through their own sensory
perceptual systems (Magill Anderson, 2014).... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Development is related to functional capacity, sequential change, and is age related but not age
dependent (Haywood Getchell, 2014). Development in functional capacity is reflected by changes
that are more noticeable at a specific point in life. Development in sequential change is reflected
by an orderly fashion where one step leads to next the step of progress. Age related but not age
dependent development finds that rate of development will be different among individuals at the
same age (Haywood Getchell, 2014). In the case of the boy practicing the motor skill of hopping,
sequential change of development would be the development from jumping with two feet to
hopping on one foot. I don t think this boy s development of hopping is due to sequential change
since he and his classmates were able to transition from jumping to hopping. However, I would
judge that the child that displayed difficulty with hopping would be an example of age related
development. Although many children at his age are able to perform hopping easily, he was still
struggling with learning the skill. This shows that this boy is developing the skill at slower rate
than some of his classmates. Furthermore, there is evidence of continuous change in functional
capacity. The boy showed that there is a continuous change in functional capacity because he is
still learning and developing skills at his age. He is continuously improving one skill after another
as he ages. For example, he is proficient in running at his age because he has practiced and learned
to be comfortable with running. Soon this boy will be comfortable with hopping and will be able to
develop other skills along the lines of
George F. Handel s Piangero La Sorta
On March 29th, 2017, I attended the Junior recital of LeAnna Fleming singing soprano. My
favorite piece in the recital was Piangero la sorta mia written by George F. Handel. The soloist
well sang this piece. Piangero la sorta mia is an opera seria meaning that it is a very serious piece
and it is also a ternary piece. The melody of this piece had very large and disjunct leaps. The
soloist had a large range to work with throughout this piece as well. With the harmony, I found that
the A part of the piece was in a major key and the B part was in a minor key. The texture of this
piece was homophonic because the soloist had the accompaniment of a piano. With the rhythm, the A
part was slow and drawn out while the B part of more quickened. When
George Gmelch s Failure Of Baseball In Australia
Since the nineteenth century countries outside of the North American region have experienced
differing results in establishing baseball abroad. While the games place in North American society
has been firmly entrenched to make it a national pastime, countries such as Australia have failed to
fully embrace this bat and ball game. According to the Australian BaseballLeague (ABL) (2017),
baseball in Australia was first played in the gold fields of Ballarat in the 1850 s and since then, the
game has been enjoyed by a fairly fringe population. To understand the failures of baseball in
Australia, it s important to consider the expansion efforts carried out locally and from the United
StatesMajor League Baseballassociation. Firstly, this proposal... Show more content on

For example, by positioning of the Melbourne teams home ground in the far western suburb of
Laverton, the potential to draw crowds from across the city is diminished and leaves only those
who are based on the west side of the city to have appropriate access to view the games. It s also
relevant to consider the lack of influence the game holds in nearby countries and competition from
other sports locally and in the Oceania region. However, given that baseball is currently played in
all states and territories, there is a widespread playing group and audience participating in the
sport. Despite a broad geographic involvement across Australia, without major sponsors and mass
media representation, the game is unable to grow to a competitive level. The ripple effect of
Australians viewing Major League Baseball games on television also seems unlikely with time zone
and season differences. Addressing these issues with the studies participants would be beneficial to
try and resolve them with the leaders in the industry. By widely presenting the thoughts and ideas of
the participants in a concise format would enable these views to be shared and can then be a starting
point for the future of the
Relationship Between Honey And Bees
The relationship between flowers and bees is that they both benefit each other. The benefit that the
Bee has of the flower is the Bee pollinate it, which they don t do on purpose, but has they go from
flower to flower pollen falls on the flower on their way back to the bees hive.
The flower benefits the Bee because the flower produces pollen which the Bee uses as food.
Pollen and honey are the only food bees eat. The relationship between the bees and flowers evolved
through coevolution when a Bee accidentally landed on a flower and found sugar and since then
bees have been relying on the flowers for food and the flower has been relying on the
Bee to pollinate it. They have no harmful effects on each other, they help each other a lot and
they
