Betrayal In Mean Girls And The Play Julius Caesar
Lying and betrayal tie together the movie Mean Girls and the play Julius Caesar. In the movie,
Cady lied to her friend, Regina George, and betrayed her by sabotaging important things in her
life, such as her boyfriend, her body, and her friends. In the play, Brutus lied to and betrayed his
best friend Caesar. Brutus stabbed Caesar and killed him for Rome. The movie Mean Girls and the
playJulius Caesar are tied together by many differences, similarities, and important lessons.
One important difference found between the play and the movie is the time period. Caesar is the
leader of Rome with a group of senators that are his servants while Regina is the leader of the high
school Plastics which is a group of three girls: Regina, Gretchen, and Karen. Everybody in the
high school loves and knows everything about the Plastics and the girls look up to them. Caesar
gets killed by Brutus for the sake of the people of Rome and Regina s life gets ruined for the sake of
high school students, for revenge from Janis Ian, and so Cady can steal her boyfriend, Aaron ... Show

Jealousy took a role in the play when Cassius was explaining to Brutus how, in Cassius s opinion,
Caesar is not better than everybody. He gave examples on the time Caesar was swimming in a
lake with Cassius and nearly drowned, getting saved by Cassius. Cassius encouraged Brutus to kill
Caesar because he thought Brutus was just as good, if not better, than Caesar.. The ending of Julius
Caesar is important because it shows that not everything results in how people always want it to.
Brutus and Cassius both commit suicide in the end of the play. The importance in the end of the
play is the ending isn t always how you want it to be. Before Cassius and Brutus split up, Brutus was
explaining to Cassius that he would never kill himself. In the end, Brutus killed himself because he
didn t want to continue without his best friend,
Developing an Effective Self-Managed Work Team in the 21st...
Developing an Effective Self Managed Work Team in the 21st Century Organization
Originally thought of as a management fad, self managed teams in an organization have become an
increasingly common and accepted practice (Blackwell, Gibson Tesone, 2003). What may have
started from an innovative way to reduce management positions and increase employee involvement
has now evolved into a crucial strategy to increase organization effectiveness and efficiency.
However, many organizations are faced with the daunting task of determining the logistics of the
team. The inability to effectively determine these important factors have resulted in many
organizations failing in their mission to effectively utilize this concept (Elmuti, 1996). ... Show more

Communication training seems like a basic concept, but one the organization tends to overlook
during the implementation stage. The level of communication and interpersonal skill training
required will vary based on the demographics and culture of the organization; however there is no
short supply of material available from both external consultants and internal Human Resource
Departments.
The second area of training is conflict management. Conflict management research has distinguished
four different ways of managing conflict (contending, conceding, avoiding, collaborating), but in
reality there is an infinite number of ways that individuals may manage them. Research has shown
that at high tension levels, people are less likely to process and evaluate information (Beersma,
Carsten De Dreu, 2005). Given this data, while it is not feasible for the organization to embark on
a mission to educate employees in the theory of conflict management or try to alter each individual
s response to conflict, this is an issue that managers and leaders of the team should be aware of and
able to competently handle. Once again, there is a myriad of basic training material and tools
available at easy disposal of the Human Resource Department. In addition, the majority of the
training materials used for employees regarding communication and

It is a sure thing and can be based on several reasons, such as:
1. To increase confidence, because you know you can communicate anytime and anywhere you are

Cretaceous-Paleogene Boundary Essay
The Cretaceous Paleogene boundary that occurred around 65 million years ago marks one of the
three largest mass extinctions in the past 500 million years. The hypotheses of Cretaceous Tertiary
boundary impact on Yucatán Peninsula, Mexico shows evidence in the Gulf of Mexico of turbidity
currents, and giant waves occurring because of the impact. There is also other evidence that impact
ejecta were distributed all over the world. The mineral that was ejected during this impact was
iridium. Iridium is a mineral that is commonly used to indicate a rock layer from the K T boundary.
Iridium is only found naturally on extraterrestrial bodies. In addition to Iridium, shocked quartz is
used to indicate the K T boundary. Shocked quartz is unique and... Show more content on

The four controls for a turbiditie sequence to form are tectonic activity, climate, sedimentary
processes, and sea level fluctuations. The mass of the bolide that impacted the Yucatan Peninsula
would have been large enough to irritate the plates, and possibly catalyze their movements. The
suggested size of the bolide is around 180 kilometers. The climate of the time can be closer
examined by checking the paleontology of rock layers found before and after the K T boundary.
Sedimentary processes and sea level fluctuations could have taken a huge turn, due to the fact that
an unexpected large extraterrestrial body crashed into the Yucatan Peninsula. It is also suggested
by geoscientists that a tsunami about 50 to 100 meters high hit the coast of Texas, which resulted
in an unconformity near Brazos River, Texas. The two major end members of a turbidite are
coarse grained to sand rich and then fine grained to mud rich. These two end members are
important because they are used in order to examine submarine fans. Submarine fans can be
geological clues as to what was going on in a particular layer of

Article Review
Cultural responsiveness and school wide positive behavior support although total opposites in
theoretical foundations, when blended together in the school system can have a positive outcome for
student s cultural equity. With the increasing clash of cultures between teachers and students,
teachers today must practice being sociocultural conscious while, being culturally responsive to their
students needs and behavior in order to be an effective teacher. These topics are important because
although the demographics of the student population are quickly changing and are more diverse
than ever, the demographics of the teacher workforce are staying predominately white. This reason is
why I chose the articles, Toward a Conceptual Integration of Cultural Responsiveness and
Schoolwide Positive Behavior Support, as well as, A Culturally Responsive Counter narrative of
effective teaching.
The student population is more diverse than ever before with non white enrollment up to 45% in
2008 from 32% in 1988 (Aud, Hussar, Planty, Snyder, Bianco, Fox, Drake, 2010). With the changing
student demographics it is important that we as educators focus on educational practices that afford
all students a level playing field in their educational experience. Discipline outcomes for culturally
and linguistically diverse students particularly those of African American descent and people of
color, such as Mexican Americans, Puerto Ricans, Native

Mozart s Most Influential Composer Of The Classical Era
A prolific and most influential composer of the classical era, Mozart had been destined for
greatness from the moment he began looking on at his sister s lessons as a toddler. Born in
Salzburg Austria, to Leopold and Marie, young Mozart and his sister were the only surviving
children of 7. His father was a successful composer, violinist and assistant concert master of the
Salzburg Court. Both Mozart and his sister were tutored by their father, a devoted, task oriented
teacher. Young Mozart soon excelled even above his father s teaching ability. At the green age of
six, he performed as a child prodigy in the royal courts at London, Paris, and Zurich. Mozart spent his
youth constantly on tour. These tour were financed through donors and patrons. Through the years,
and while abroad, Mozart met many accomplished musicians such as Johann Christian Bach, George
Frideric Handel, and Joseph Haydn.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Derived from those already existing he created an extremely unique and unprecedented style.
In spite of his short life Mozart created a broad array of operas, concerti, symphonies and sonatas.
He also composed many works for solo instruments, string ensembles, and masses. Because his
euovre is so prodigious, it is almost to attempt to classify his works in terms of the finest. Each of
his works express taste and finesse. However, some of Mozart s most popular library includes but is
not limited to, Piano concerto No. 21; Symphony No. 40 in G minor; his opera, Don Giovanni and

Persuasive Speech About Being An Adult
Leaving adolescence behind and becoming an adult is difficult and somewhat terrifying, but there is
a tremendous amount of things about being an adult that makes growing up amazing. Be the change
that you want to see in the world. Gandhi. To grow up is to try and better yourself, to change from
how you were to how you wantto be, so here are some steps on how you can better yourself and
gain others trust. Setting your own alarm to wake up on time, your parents will trust you more if
you wake up on your own, not to mention give you more leeway on how late you arrive home on
school nights since you can wake up on your own without them having to wake you up 20 times in
the morning. Waking up on time and getting places early also shows a great... Show more content on

Cooking can be a little tricky, because you will have to learn how to make meals in moderation,
most recipes you will come to find are for people with families, and nobody likes eating chicken

Essay On Amelia Earhart
Amelia Earhart spoke the words, I want to do something useful in the world. Not only did she
speak these words, but she lived by them with her lifetime full of astonishing aviation records and
other services. From her tomboyish childhood to her first flight, Amelia Earhart proved that
airplanes and service were her passion. Throughout her entire career, Earhart showed the world
what women could do and truly became a world leading pilot and adventurer. Amelia Mary
Earhart was born on July 24, 1897 to Edwin and Amy Otis Earhart in Atchison, Kansas
(Encyclopedia of World Biography.) Earhart s father was an attorney for the railroad, and because
he was always moving for his job, Earhart spent most of her childhood with her mother s parents,
Judge Alfred and Amelia Otis (Dictionary of American Biography.) It was with them that she
showed early evidence of living life while beating to her own drum. Growing up on her
grandparents farm, she partook in many tomboy activities like exploring river caves and playing
physical sports such as football, basketball, and baseball (Contemporary Heroes and Heroines.) She
also loved school although attending six different high schools because of her family having to
move around (Science and Its Times.) After graduating high school, Earhart became a nurse s aide
in Canada during World War I to help with the wounded soldiers returning home from war.
Afterwards, she enrolled at Columbia University in New York as a pre medical student, but
