HOST 2: Make sure you are standing or seated in straight lines, shoulder to shoulder, and leave enough space
for everyone around you to feel comfortable.
HOST 1: Let’s avoid unnecessary talking—this is our time to show discipline, unity, and respect for the start of
our school day.
HOST 2: If you have bags, kindly place them neatly behind or beside you. Keep your hands by your side and
eyes forward.
HOST 1: This space is shared by all of us, so let’s create a calm, respectful atmosphere as we prepare for the
assembly.
(Optional transition line, if you're leading into a flag ceremony or school prayer):
HOST 1: Good morning, everyone! As we begin today’s assembly, let us take a moment to center ourselves
and seek guidance for the day ahead.
For those who wish to join, please bow your heads and place yourselves in a prayerful posture as we offer this
short invocation led by, Mr. Arjay Quintin, STE 7 Adviser.
HOST 2: Thank you, sir Arjay! Now, may I ask everyone to remain standing, place your right hand over your
chest, and face the flag as we sing our national anthem with pride and respect. To be conducted by Mr. Jerald
Dela Cruz, Humss 12 Adviser. To be followed by Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas, Panatang Makabayan,
and Mission, Vision, and Core Values led by Grade 10 STE Students.
WELCOME MESSAGE
HOST 2: Welcome to a brand new academic year here at University of Nueva Caceres-Bataan! Whether you’re
a returning student, a proud parent, a teacher, or stepping into our school for the very first time—welcome to
our growing family.
HOST 2: I’m Sir Mark Louie L. Timpog, and I’m honored to be your host for today’s Opening of Classes
Program. Together, we’re about to start a year filled with new lessons, meaningful friendships, and exciting
challenges!
HOST 1: Later, you will meet your teachers in different subject areas as well as your adviser. Now I know it’s
early... I see some sleepy eyes and slow blinks out there—but guess what? It’s time to wake up those brains and
shake off that morning fog! Let us have our Junior High School Teachers for a short Energizer.
(I want everyone to dance, okay? Teachers…kindly roam around to see who’s dancing or nah)
Alright, thank you Junior High school Teachers! We’ve seen that they have a lot of potential for a Ppop group
huh. (Kidding aside)
HOST 1: At this point, It is my great honor to acknowledge and welcome the pillars of our academic
community—leaders who guide us, inspire us, and help shape the future of our institution.
HOST 2: First, let us give a warm round of applause to the visionary at the helm of our university. With
wisdom, dedication, and a heart for service, please welcome our University Administrator, Mr. Ruzzel Brian
C. Mallari.
HOST 1: Next, leading our school with passion, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, we proudly present
our school head—our beloved Principal, Dr. Reycor E. Sacdalan
HOST 2: And of course, standing strong alongside our principal, always ready to support, lead, and uplift our
students and staff—let’s give it up for our Vice Principal, Cecilia V. Sandagan.
HOST 1: Thank you, dear administrators, for your tireless work and continued guidance. Your presence today
reminds us that leadership rooted in purpose truly makes a difference.
HOST 2: Today, we take a moment to recognize and appreciate the heart and soul of our school—the dedicated
individuals who guide us, teach us, support us, and help make every school day possible.
Let us begin by introducing the pillars of our learning community: our Faculty Members and Staff.
HOST 1: It is with great pride and gratitude that we now recognize the amazing individuals who make up the
teaching force and support team of our beloved institution. These are the people who devote their time, heart,
and energy to shaping the future—one lesson, one student, one day at a time.
Let us begin by acknowledging the foundations of learning—the gentle yet powerful hands that nurture our
youngest learners.
Please join me in welcoming our dedicated Pre-Elementary teachers—our ever-patient, ever-creative mentors
who make learning magical for our little ones.
(You may name specific teachers or simply say “Pre-Elementary Team, please rise and be recognized.”)
Your warmth, care, and creativity spark the love of learning at the very beginning of the journey.
HOST 2: Now, let’s give a round of applause to the passionate educators in our Elementary Department. These
teachers build the essential skills, values, and confidence that students will carry for life.
Whether it's mastering multiplication or discovering the joy of reading, you are the guiding lights in every
young learner’s life.
HOST 1: Moving forward, let us recognize our vibrant and committed Junior High School Faculty—teachers
who not only educate but also empower students through challenges, discovery, and growth.
HOST 2: “Now, it is my honor to introduce a department that stands at the very edge of high school and the
beginning of the future—our Senior High School Department.
These are the educators who don’t just teach lessons—they prepare our students for life beyond the classroom.
Whether it’s in STEM, HUMSS, ABM, TVL, or GAS, the Senior High School team equips our learners with
critical thinking, real-world skills, and the confidence to take on the challenges of college, careers, and
citizenship.
And of course, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful non-teaching staff—the team that keeps
everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
To our school administrators, guidance counselors, nurses, librarians, office and finance personnel, and
maintenance and utility staff—your work may often be quiet, but its impact is loud and lasting. Thank you for
your support, service, and care.
🎓 CLOSING LINE
To all our Faculty and Staff, thank you for being the backbone of this institution. Your service, commitment,
and love for teaching and learning make [School Name] not just a place of education, but a true home of
excellence and compassion.
Students, let's show our appreciation with a loud, proud, and grateful round of applause! 👏👏👏
Once again, we honor and salute the outstanding Faculty and Staff of [School Name]."
HOST 1: Before you proceed to your respective classroom, I want everyone to sing the University Hymn with
pride and honor.
"At this point, we have now reached the conclusion of our general program. On behalf of the administration,
faculty, and staff of UNC-BATAAN, I would like to thank each and every one of you—students, parents, and
guests—for your presence, attention, and participation this morning.
HOST 2: But before we officially close, let me remind our dear students that this is just the beginning. Today
marks the start of a brand-new chapter filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and build meaningful
connections both in and beyond the classroom.
HOST 1: To help you navigate this new journey, you will now proceed to your individual classroom
orientations. There, you will meet your advisers, learn more about your schedules, policies, and expectations,
and receive important reminders for the academic year ahead.
HOST 2: To ensure a smooth transition, please refer to the room assignments posted around the venue, or feel
free to approach any of our faculty or student leaders stationed nearby for guidance.
HOST 1: Let us all proceed in an orderly and respectful manner as we continue the next part of today’s
activities. Once again, thank you, and may we all look forward to a productive and meaningful school year
ahead.
Good luck, and enjoy your orientation. Mabuhay, and welcome once again to UNC-BATAAN!"
Until next time, I am your Sir Mark Louie L. Timpog, now signing off!
