I APPLICATION FOR BAIL U/S 439 CR.P.C.

RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the investigation in the abovenoted case in respect of the

present accused has already been completed as he has been

in judicial custody and he has not been required for further

investigation.

2. That the complainant is a habitual litigant and has been

visiting to the courts for the last several years. She has

implicated the accused in the present case in order to extort

money from him. She is in the habit of drinking liquor and after

tearing of f her cloths she implicate the persons in false cases.

3. That the accused is not a previous convict or habitual

offender; moreover he belongs to a respectable family having

roots in the society.


4. That there is no chance of his absconding or tempering with

the prosecution evidence if released on bail moreover he has

suffered a lot in the jail.

5. That the accused is permanent resident of Delhi and

undertakes to furnish sound local surety up to the satisfaction

of this Hon’ble court and the accused undertakes to appear

before the trial court as and when required.

6. That no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the

accused in J.C. any more in the company of hardcore

criminals.

7. That the bail application u/s 437 Cr.P.C. have already been

dismissed.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that the accused

/applicant may kindly be admitted on bail, in the interest of justice.
