MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the instant Special Leave Petition under Art 136 of the
Constitution of India is being filed against impugned and final
order dated 09.02.2022 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of
Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh in CRM-M-49315-2021.
2. The full facts leading to filing the said Petition are set out in
detail in the said Petition and the Petitioner craves leave to
treat the contents of the said Petition as part and parcel to the
present Application also. The contents of the said Petition are
not being repeated herein for the sake of brevity.

3. The delay so caused is neither intentional nor deliberate and


has happened due to aforesaid circumstances, which are
beyond the control of the Petitioners.
4. The delay so caused, therefore deserves to be condoned and
the Special Leave Petition deserves to be heard on merit.

PRAYER

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is most


respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be

pleased to –

a) Condone the delay of 590 days in filing the present special


Leave Petition, challenging against the impugned and final
order dated 09.02.2022 passed by the Hon’ble High Court
of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh in CRM-M-49315-
2021 and,
b) Pass such further and other order/s as this Hon’ble Court
may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of
the case.
FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE PETITIONERS AS IN
DUTY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY.
