Light Daily and evening activities are available with our Entertainment Team – please check the information board for further
information. Aqua Park operates daily from 10:30 till 13:00 and 15:00 – 17:00. Transportation starts at 10:30 from the Bust Stop
beside Building 10

RIXY KIDS CLUB

Rixy Kids Club operates daily 09:30 - 12:30, 14:30 – 17:00, 20:00 – 23:00. We kindly as you to follow the Health & Safety
Procedures. These are in place to ensure a safe environment for your children

ANJANA SPA
Relax in our award winning “Anjana” Spa. Offering a wide variety of treatments. Please contact the Spa reception for any enquires or
reservation. “Anjana” Spa opens from 10:00 – 20:00 . You also have use of the very well equipped, modern fitness centre - open daily from
07:00 – 20.00. Due to current Government Regulations the steam room is not operating. It is not permitted for children under the age of
16 to enter or use the Spa/Fitness Facilities. The Fitness centers do not take any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings, valuable items or
money left unattended.
 STAY AT ONE ENJOY AT TWO
Rixos Premium Seagate guests can use all of the facilities of Rixos Sharm el Sheikh
Rixos Sharm el Sheikh is an Adult Friendly 16+ Resort. You are welcome to leave your children at the Rixos Premium
Seagate Rixy Kids Club as children are not permitted in Rixos Sharm el Sheikh. The Bus to Rixos Sharm el Sheikh operates
every 15 minutes from the Bus Stop located on the beach near Peoples International Restaurant (08:00-00:00)

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT PROCEDURE

Check in at 14:00 and Check Out at 12:00 midday. Please leave your luggage outside your room and contact Concierge (666) to collect
it and deliver to reception. Please return your key upon check out to the reception. Your key card will deactivate at midday, if you
require a late checkout please reactivate your card before midday of your departure day with the Reception. Please check
availability and prices with our Reception Team 1 day prior to departure.
Wi-Fi is free and available in public areas and in your room. (Only for browsing, downloading is not permitted)
Money Exchange – there is an ATM machine available at the main entrance of the hotel (CIB Bank)

*Dress code is required in the hotel restaurants and outlets in the evening time.

Information Channel – You will find all useful information, Room service menu and up - coming events on IPTV with few
functions such as WI FI, different TV channels, USB
Phone – All rooms are supplied with direct dial telephones – to call from room to room please dial 5 followed by the
room number – this service is free of charge. To call an outside line please dial 9 followed by the dialing code and phone
number – this service is with charge.
Laundry Service – All rooms are provided with a laundry bag and price list – price is per item
– 1 Full Laundry Bag -15 USD

Very Important Information

Rixos Hotels Egypts’ top priority is the Health & Safety of both our Guests and Team Members. It is essential that you
follow the Social Distancing Rules and all Procedures in place. Your room will be cleaned every day without exception – if
you require just a refresh of certain amenities please the Rixos Online Butler Service. Gloves, masks and hand sanitizers
are provided– please use them. The Hotel has the right to remove any person not following the procedures – our guests
wellbeing is our top priority. Shisha is not permitted according to Local Government Regulations

The Hotel Management does not take any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings, valuable items or money that
left in the room or public areas unattended. Please keep your belongings in the safe box provided in your room.
Please do not make any cash payment for any extra charge service, please sign your check and it is possible to pay and close
your bill one day before or during check-out. Kindly note that our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking of tobacco is
permitted on terrace or balcony only. Smoking shisha in the room, balcony or terrace is not permitted
Any outside guests visiting the hotel will pay a fee according to the hotel price list. Kindly contact reception or Guest
