I welcome you all to Lekki, LAGOS STATE. It is my pleasure to once again

address this noble Council in today’s inter-talk. As a family, we will be
discussing and making decisions about the future of our great Organization.

Let me use this medium to welcome everyone of you to the year 2025. My
prayers for every member of this Council and members of this great
Organization is that we shall all receive more than double the blessings we
got in the year 2024 both as individuals and as NBM family.

No doubt, even the blind can see the transformations, sanitization, clean-up
process and changes the Organization is going through. NBM of Africa has
been the most criticized black Organization in the world. The word “black”
written in the name of the Organization seems to be the problem. Black is
our identity and cannot be removed from the Neo Black Movement of
Africa. Names not ascribed to us has been used by racists and deviants to
describe this Organization.
 I have repeatedly warned that NBM of Africa is not the same as Black Axe.
NBM of Africa should not be used interchangeably with Black Axe and that it
is disparaging, maligning, racial and libelous to use NBM of Africa

appreciation letter wherein the names of all donors towards the Maiduguri
flood victims was listed on page 25 of Vanguard Newspaper with the Neo
Black Movement of Africa appearing on number 182 having donated the
sum of Five Million Naira and palliatives worth over Fifteen Million Naira. As
an Organization we will continue to do more within our reach in giving back to
the society.

The NEXCO wishes to once again remind all members of this Honorable
Council that the indiscriminate use of cameras on NBM gatherings are hereby
Prohibited and Banned except you are authorized to do so by the National
Head or the Zonal Head. All members of this movement are warned to desist
from this act. The use of cameras without authorization will attract
SUSPENSION or DEAXEATION as maybe determined by the authorities.

CREATION OF ZONES - Due to the expansion agenda, geographical proximity

of Zones and to enable members have a proper orientation, the NEXCO has
deemed it fit to create more Zones within the Organization to ease cost and
encourage proper interaction/closer ties amongst Zonal members. The
NEXCO is therefore making recommendations for the creation of the
following:
(1) Upper Manchester Zone
(2) Pretoria Zone
(3) Northern France Zone
(4) Abakiliki Zone
(5) Upper Ebonyi Zone
(6) Warri Zone
(7) Ibom South Zone
(8) Oron Zone
(9) Gboko Zone
(10) Ika-East Zone

CHANGE OF ZONAL NAME - The NEXCO is recommending the change of

names of Agbara-Orogun Zone and Chicago Zones to Owhowha Zone and
Illinois Zone respectively.

RECOMMENDATION FOR THE REMOVAL FROM OFFICE OF THE

FOLLOWING ZONAL HEADS
(1) Egor Zonal Head: - The Egor Zonal Head, DJN: Harrison Ogiemwanre; SN:
BL Idris Alooma has been found to be aiding and abating the enemies of the
movement by funding them to fight the leadership of the movement. He has
also been divulging/sharing information and activities of the organization to
detractors and saboteurs of the organization. His actions has jeopardized the
security and safety of the movement, thus should not be found amongst us to
help safeguard the interest and wellbeing of the Organization and her
members; most especially when he is within the leadership of the Movement.
My duty as the Chief Security Officer and Chief Executive Officer of this
Movement is to safeguard, protect and preserve this Organization from any
harm.

The Egor Zonal Head has violated Article 2 of the NBM of Africa Code of
Conduct, Disciplinary Standards and Procedures on (Expectations of an
Axeman). See Page 4, Paragraph C “No Axeman shall in his words, actions
and character cause circumstances that shall adversely affect the corporate
image and identity of NBM of Africa”. The Egor Zonal Head has violated and
betrayed the Constitution of NBM of Africa, he is not found to be eligible to
continue to hold an office in the Movement. His removal from office is timely
now that we have lots of ongoing litigations for and against the Movement.
His removal from office is necessary based on his association, sharing of
information and allegiance with the usurpers. This will help prevent further
forgery, lies and blackmail in court.

(2) Bendel North ZH: - The Bendel North ZH, DJN: Alhaji Muri Usman Orlando;
SN: Lord Kabaka has been found to betray the trust of brotherhood betrothed
on him by a member whom he defrauded and betrayed when the said
member gave him money to buy a land for him and fraudulently converted the
money in buying the land for himself and in his own name instead of using the
name of the Axeman that paid for the land. He has refused to give him back
his money or even give him the land for the man to do a change of name.
Over the years, I have tried to intervene and even asked the Mid-Western
Regional Head to persuade the Bendel North ZH to do the needful, all to no
avail. The Bendel North ZH has violated Article 3 of the NBM Code of
Conduct, Disciplinary Standards and Procedures. See Page 6, Paragraph 3
“An Axeman shall not attempt to steal, or steal, obtain by false pretence,
cajole, cheat any person”. His actions has violated the Constitution of NBM of
Africa, thus not worthy to serve as a Zonal Head within the Organization.
Before the next NCOE IT, if he does not return the current monetary value of
land as at today; he will be recommended for Deaxation at the next NCOE IT.

(3) National Elder China Zone: - The NEXCO is recommending the removal
from office of DJN: Hon. Okwudili Anigbogu, SN: Lord Boutros Boutros Ghali
for inconsistency, ineligibility and incapability of being a representative of
China Zone.
(4) National Elder China Zone: - DJN: Chinedu Justice, SN: Lord Jomo
Kenyatta, a National Elder China Zone also faces same issue of ineligibility,
inconsistency and incapability of being a representative of China Zone.

RECONSTITUTION OF IKPOBA ZEXCO, SWITZERLAND ZEXCO AND

SWITZERLAND ZCOE - The NEXCO has reconstituted the ZEXCO of Ikpoba
Zone, the ZEXCO and ZCOE of Switzerland Zone as directed by this Council
at the last NCOE IT held in Yenegoa, Bayelsa State.

The reconstitution of these Organs of the Movement at the Zonal level was
as a result of the insecurity, danger and threats these organs posed to the
Organization.

Let me once again reaffirm my commitment in protecting and propagating

the core values, aims and objectives of this Organization. The leadership of
NBM of Africa will go at any length to protect and preserve this Organization
using all legal means.

As an Organization, we are going to use all legal means to set the records
straight. We will not fail to take any media house or security agency to court
if the Organization’s character is defamed or maligned. The wrong narratives
about the Organization out there is unacceptable and must be resisted and
corrected. The name calling, denigration and blackmail of the Organization
has to stop. NBM of Africa is not Black Axe and has never been known as
Black Axe. We totally disassociate ourselves from the name Black Axe.

As an Organization, we are ready to collaborate with the law enforcement

agencies to fight against social ills and vices in the society, including within
our Organization. There’s no Organization that does not have bad eggs in its
fold. We are going to use everything we have to fish out the bad eggs within
us. So far, the leadership of NBM of Africa has sanctioned over 50 of its
members including three of its former National Heads/Presidents for
infractions, actions and conducts that are inimical to the Constitution Of
NBM of Africa and the Constitution of the laws of the land. We will continue
to expel and suspend members that tends to bring shame to the
Organization until we get it right.

I wish this Council a fruitful deliberation, a successful NCOE Meeting, and to

Lagos Region for being a good host and setting the pace for other Regions
to host future NCOE Meetings.
