1. Tab. Cotrimoxazole DS (Sulfamethoxazole800mg+Trimethaprim 160mg)
Send such 6 tablets
Take 1 tablet twice a day for 3 days

2. Mist. Di sodium hydrogen citrate (1.49/5ml) 100 ml bottle

Send such 1 bottle
Take 2 teaspoonfuls (10ml) 3 times a day for 3 days

3. Tab. Paracetamol 500 mg

Send such 3 tablets
Take 1 tablet for 3 days
