What is the role of the Programme Leader? Are they institute faculty?
The Programme Leaders are industry experts and not IIMI faculty members. The Programme Leaders will clear your doubts,
offering practical advice.
Is there a qualifying mark/ grade to get the final certification in this course?
Yes, to successfully complete the programme and receive a digital certificate of completion, participants must score a minimum of
70% in the required activities, including assignments and the capstone project, view at least 50% of the faculty-recorded videos, and attend
at least 50% of the live sessions.
What if I miss the assignments for a particular week? Can I attempt them later?
Yes, late assignments may be submitted up to one week after the programme concludes, subject to specific conditions.
Which faculty members conduct the live webinars/ online sessions/ doubt-clearing sessions?
IIM Indore conducts live webinars (1 hour only). Online sessions and doubt-clearing sessions are by Emeritus.
Do I receive alumni status from the institute upon completion of this course?
Yes, the Executive Education Alumni Status is available with a membership fee.
What if I don’t find the course appropriate for me after starting the sessions? Can I seek a refund?
Participants may request a refund on or before the cut-off date, which will be at least 14 days prior to the programme’s start date. Requests
received before this cut-off will be refunded after deducting a ₹5,000 processing fee (taxes non-refundable). No refund will be granted after the
programme begins. If a batch is cancelled or rescheduled by more than a month, a full refund including taxes will be provided. Refunds requested
after the cut-off but before the programme start may be considered on mutual consent, with a deduction of 30% of the programme fee. Approved
refunds will be processed within 14 business days by Eruditus.

Prof. Manoj Motiani has completed his FPM from IIM Ahmedabad and won the IFCI Award for
Best Thesis at IIM Ahmedabad in 2014. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and
Communication from Rajasthan University and an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management,
Bhubaneswar. Prior to his Ph.D., he worked at Aditya Birla Group and Godrej. Prof. Motiani has
presented his paper at the Yale China India Insights Conference in New York. He was also
selected to represent IIMA at the University of Michigan as an AMA Sheth Scholar in 2013.
He has taught courses such as Marketing Management and Service Marketing at NID
(Ahmedabad), IBS (Ahmedabad), and Rajagiri (Cochin) as a visiting faculty member. He has also
conducted sessions in Faculty Development Programmes (FDP), Summer School, and
Management Development Programmes (MDP) at IIMA. His research interests include sales
management, service marketing, and neuromarketing.

PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS
-This is a self-paced online programme. Thus, faculty will not be a part of weekly live sessions or any other live interaction in this programme. We have a
curated panel of eminent programme leaders who will be conducting the weekly live doubt-clearing sessions.
-Assignments are graded either by programme leaders who are available to support participants in their learning journey and/or by the Emeritus grading
team. The final number of quizzes, assignments and discussions will be confirmed closer to the programme start.
-Programme leaders are domain experts who will clear your doubts and guide you through your learning journey.

The best part of this programme was its practical, hands-on approach to learning social

CAPSTONE PROJECT
The four week capstone project involves the use of a digital marketing simulation for search, social and
email marketing, which helps apply the learnings of the course and get a hands on experience to: Test
your knowledge and deploy campaigns worth almost 50K USD in simulated ad dollars. Launch
multiple email campaigns. Weekly Office hours on Stukent to solve queries and get advice from the
programme leaders.
