51 Confidence-Building Affirmations

Hey everyone, this is just a little something I put together to say 'thank you'... Affirmations are words or phrases that we speak, that help to change the way that we think. Every thought pattern is literally that: a pattern in our brain. Each thought takes a specific path. If we repeat a thought over and over again, over time, the path becomes more permanent in our brains. If you keep thinking the same positive thought about yourself, and about your life, you will begin believing it, and living it. Choose the confidence building affirmations/thoughts below that resonate with you the most, because when a thought really means something to us, it becomes more powerful. Once you have chosen the affirmations that are the most relevant to you, print them off, and stick them up somewhere you can see them. Repeat these affirmations daily, and they will help you to become a more confident person. 1. I am a positive, confident person. 2. I am a happy person. 3. I can achieve anything I put my mind to. 4.
