Poor new ownership!!

Chris B Came to empty restaurant alone at 8 PM. They only had one third
wrote a review of the items on the menu available. After receiving drinks, waited
27 contributions an hour 20 min before even having the wait sta! came over once
to check on me! They said food was coming soon, then waited
Date visited May 2024 another 20 min for my food. Steak was drowned in black pepper,
Trip type Solo presumably to mask taste and was incredibly tough. Side
vegetables and fried rice were good. Food presentation was nice.
Location was very nice. Prices very expensive, especially for meat
quality and service level.

Met couple later who are after me later that night and they also
had a similarly bad experience with long wait times, bad food,
bad service and apparently also a power outage too!

I heard that they were under a recent change of ownership. I'm

not sure the owners fully grasp all the critical aspects of
restaurant management.

Price and service really doesn’t match

asked again, pointing out that there were no other diners but that
we would be happy to move if the place filled up. My colleague,
Ghanaian, tried to reason with the hostess in the local language
but she would not budge. At this point we decided that we would
go somewhere else with a better attitude to service. And then the
power went o! with a crash.
The lift was, of course, no longer working and there appeared to
be no internal stairway. We were forced to climb down a steep
metal fire escape, which was completely unlit.
Just a dreadful experience. Cannot recommend.

Very nicely done

Antityco This is not a budget restaurant, but we knew that coming in. It's a

dishes were delicious. Only price will keep me from visiting many

Excellent!
9801atx I went here a couple of times during my stay, really good food and
wrote a review service. I went early evening both times and didn't really have an
48 contributions issue with the amount of time I got my food. The restaurant is a
fine dining-oriented place, with mostly western style o!erings on

Not impressed
Victoria The restaurant is lovely, the sta! was not very e!icient and the
wrote a review food was bland. A little salt and some sauce to go with the meal

Delicious meal!
AlexandraPearce Had a yummy meal at this restaurant in Kumasi - delicious black
wrote a review bean stir fry and sweet and sour pork. Setting was lovely, with nice

Still have the best of service

Felix A I was there alone for dinner and they still serve the best meals and
wrote a review cocktails in the region . with some additional lighting system to
