Organization is a group of people joined together by a common purpose and a set of rules that defines their interrelationships. Organization is a system of interconnected parts that need to be strengthened, improved, or changed because failure of one part can have fatal effect on the life of the organization --- the organization is as strong as its weakest part. Personal success comes by sharing ones knowledge with others and helping them become successful. When sharing becomes a collective effort, a strong collaborative culture catapults the organization into high performance.
