Executive Summary

This report is prepared as a requirement of BBA program of the Department of Management studies Major in ENTREPRENEURIAL POLICIES & PRACTICES (MGT-404), Faculty of Business studies, and University of BUBT. This report focuses on compensation program of a Multinational Enterprise.

The total report can be divided in to three broad head. The introduction part includes background, objectives, and methodology of the study. This part also includes the limitation & scope of the study.

In second part, which is main part of the report, I have discussed about the overall idea of international compensation system.

In the third & Forth part, we have tried to analysis the report and make recommendation. We also draw a conclusion on the above analysis.
