CLASSROOM PROCEDURES

ROOM AND HALL USE: 1. Teachers desk 2. Students desks 3. Using the pencil sharpener 4. Storage areas 5. Using the restroom 6. Using the water fountain 7. Hall pass 8. Going to lockers

SPECIFIC PROCEDURES: 1. Teachers desk is for teachers use only 2. Keep your desks clean 3. Pencil waste are put in the trash can 4. Stored materials are kept in order 5. Flush the bowl after using 6. Turn the faucet off after each use 7. Walk slowly, others have classes 8. Keys are needed to unlock lockers

BEGINNING OF CLASS: 1. Students entering the classroom 2. Using cubbies/areas for belongings 3. Students who are tardy

SPECIFIC PROCEDURES: 1. Walk in a gentle manner 2. Your things belong to your own cubby 3. Only those who came in before 10minutes after the bell rang are considered present

4. Absent excused

4. An excused absentee presents a medical certificate or a letter signed by his/her guardian

5. Absent unexcused

5. Unexcused absentee refers to someone who failed to present a medical certificate or a letter signed by his/her guardian

6. Students making up work 7. Starting the lesson 8. Turning in homework

SPECIAL SCHOOL-RELATED SITUATIONS AND EVENTS: 1. Fire drills 2. Field trips
