On February 14, 2012, my credit card, account number 1111 2222 3333 5678, expiration date 05/2014, was used to purchase 2 pairs Prada shoes for a total amount of $2,500.00. I am refusing the charge because after receiving an advertisement from your credit company on these pairs of Prada shoes, and after purchasing them, their color began to fade within a week thus degrading their appearance. Until the matter is resolved, do not pay the item referenced above. Please contact me if you have any questions or need additional information.
