Polymer Technology Systems, Indianapolis, Indiana Southeast Sales Manager March 2003- April 2005 Polymer Technology Systems manufactured a Point of Care instrument that enabled end users (physicians) the ability to perform Lipid Panel, Glucose, and Cholesterol testing within several minutes on their patients in their office. Primary focus was on Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Cardiology physician offices, as well as major Health Screening Companies, and Hospital Health and Wellness Centers. Role consisted of working with several national distribution dealers (Caligor, NDC, IMCO) to help train and assist their sales staff with the sales call, providing demos, technical support, and implementation and training of the instrument to their customer base. Also participated in exhibiting our company booth at several national conventions, as well as attending several of the national distribution and dealer conferences, to help promote our product and to build alliance and support with these dealers.

Fisher HealthCare, Houston, Texas District Sales Manager, Orlando, Fl. June 1997-Febuary 2003 Directly responsible for the sales and management of a $32M sales forecast. The district sales group encompassed 9 sales representatives throughout the State of Florida covering the distribution and sales of hospital laboratory products, diagnostic kits, and equipment. Duties also included making formal presentations to CEO, CFO, Material Managers, along with key Buyers and laboratory personnel with regards to National and GPO contracts. Improved networking with different manufactures and suppliers to enhance the product portfolio offering to our customer base and increase market share within Florida. Some of my accomplishments during my tenure were: Improved District Sales first year by 10%, exceeding companys forecast and improving margins. Some of my achievements were: Captured V.A. Hospital Bid, (Visn 8). This contract revenue was $1.7 million/yr. for 5 years. Successfully negotiated the Central Florida Laboratory Network Contract (CFLN). This contract included 11 hospitals for a total revenue of $3.2 million/yr. for 3 years. Improved profitability of the physician based business by 130%. March 1990- January 1993 Was promoted and transferred to the Florida laboratory to improve SBCLs presence in the hospital market.
