RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR FACE PAINTING 1.

The participant should only use Brush & Sponge, other painting aid are not permitted. No attachments or stencils allowed. Glitter is permitted. 2. The Artist must work alone. Assistants are not permitted. 3. The judges will be viewing your work during the competition. Volunteers will be ensuring that the Artists start and finish at the correct time and will notify the judges if rules are broken. 4. Drawings or any reference brought by the participants are not allowed. 5. Competition time : 1.5hr

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR JUNK ART 1. Junk Art competition involving two and three dimensional art created from items. 2. Already used for their original purpose. 3. Entries must be created only with recycled or recyclable materials. Exceptions include glue, writing and coloring materials. 4. Designs are to include one or all of the three Rs: reduce, reuse and recycle. Art should be positive in content and expression and must be able to withstand outdoor elements. 5. The judging committee reserves the right to reject any entry that does not meet the above criteria or presents a health or safety hazard. 6. Competition time : 1.5hr

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR JAM 1. Each candidate will be given 3 mins to speak. 2. No harsh or abusive words are permitted. If spoken, the corresponding participant will be instantly disqualified. 3. Candidates should maintain conduct in their opinions.

4. The host can anytime halt the participant for use of inappropriate speech. 5. Topic will be announced on the day of event. 6. Judges decision is final.

Normal, synthetic glues should be used. Sketch pens, oil paints, crayons, etc are not allowed. Pencils should be used for the outline. Candidates are not permitted to bring any drawings or sketches. Any picture or direct pasting of cutouts should not be used for collage making. 9. The collage should be constructed in bits and bite of hand torn paper only, lead pencils can be used for outline drawing.

Participants have to apply mehndi on the palmer as well as dorsal side of the hand. Participants can apply mehndi on their own hand or any other persons hand.

They should use other items like grains, cereals, flower petals, leaves. Items have to be brought by the candidates. Minimum area to be covered is 3 x 3 ft. Maximum area that can be allotted is 5 x 5 ft.

Peelers, knives are to be brought by the participants and cutting has to be done at the venue. Things need for presentation like plates, trays, cloth is to be brought by the candidates. Diameters or diagonals of the trays and plates should not be more than 16 inches. Competition time: 1.5 hrs.

No editing of photos with light room, Photoshop, Picasa, etc is allowed. In case of the cropping of image, original image must be maintained. Camera from 5 to 15 MP only can be used. Photos taken before the starting of the competition cannot be displayed. The photos will be accepted within the deadline. Organizers are not responsible for any photography equipments in case of damage or theft during the period. Judges decision is final.
