Beam Moulds

We offer beam moulds, which are made as per IS : 516, IS : 10086-1982 standards. These are used for making cement concrete. Further, our range is also used for testing of prisms or bars of square cross- section for flexural strength tests. Moreover, the inside faces are machined flat to within 0.02 mm tolerance and inside dimensions are accurate to 0.2 mm. Compression Testing Machine With Digital Readout Unit

We offer compression testing machine with digital readout unit, which are incorporated with load frames and designed to withstand a few million times of full cycles of loading without any sign of distortion or fatigue. These frames are light in weight and the base carries a fine finished hydraulic ram and the lower platen. In addition to this, the top plate has the spherical seating to take care of any irregularity of the specimen surface or slight misplacement of the specimen from the central position. Moreover, our range also consist of pumping unit, which is attached on the right hand side of the loading unit. It is a multi plunger pump submersed in the tank and is powered by 1.5 kW electric motor. We also add power pack, which gives non-pulsating flow to the hydraulic ram to ensure smooth loading of the specimen which can be seen by the movement of the load gauge/digital display. Further, the flow of the oil can be precisely controlled by the strain control knob located at a convenient height. In addition to this, the indication of load is on digital display system, which is directly indicated in respective engineering unit. The electronic display unit of our product is microprocessor based with a built in RS232 serial port. This helps in indication for load, peak load, and pace rate indicator. Flexure Testing Machine

Our range of flexure testing machine are operated with the help of a key board. During the testing process, the readings are displayed on the digital display along with pace rate indication. When the specimen breaks, the ram retracts to its original position. Further, the accuracy of the displayed reading of our range is as per IS 1828 grade I or BS 1610 grade A. Los Angels Abrasion Testing Machine

Our range of Los Angels abrasion testing machine are used for estimation of abrasion value of coarse aggregate. These comprises of the following:

A hollow steel cylinder mounted on a sturdy frame on ball bearings capable of rotating about its axis in a horizontal position. Detachable shelf fitted inside the cylinder at a distance of 1250 mm from the opening measured along the circumstance in the direction of rotation. Slump Test Apparatus

Our range of slump test apparatus are used for determination of slump of fresh concrete mix as a measure of its consistency where the nominal size of aggregate does not exceed 38 mm. The apparatus comprises the following:

Slump cone 100 mm diameter at the top, 200 mm diameter at the bottom and 300 mm high with two cleats and lifting handles. Base plate with clamping arrangement for the slump cone and a swivel handle which also serves as the datum for measuring the slump. Tamping rod 1.6 cm diameter and 60 cm long with one end rounded and graduated from 0 to 15 cm in 0.5 cm spacing to measure the slump. HC37.60

We offer HL692 series of universal testing machines that confirms to the testing procedures laid down in BIS , EN , ASTM and JIS standards. These are used for testing of engineering materials like metals, plastics, elastomers, papers and many others in compression and tension mode. Further, our range is designed with one pillar for the loading units up to the range of 5 kN and two pillars for ranges above 5 kn. Our range also have ball screw driven through the highly sensitive servo motor. The rate of loading for testing is controlled by the computer and has step less loading with the rate of strain varying from 0.01 500 mm/min. Universal Testing Machine Autopacer

Our range of universal testing machine autopacer are designed for the automatic pace setting arrangement. The pace setting of our machine is achieved through a combination of advanced electronic and hydraulic system. Further, the pacing speed is programmed through the computer key board which is directly displayed is engineering units on the computer screen. In addition, our range is incorporated with the proportional valve that have a drive card, which corrects the error between the feed and the follower signal and the follower signal and makes the machine to run at a set speed irrespective of any specimen behavior. The computer is used for high speed data acquisition and controlling card (DAQ).
