The channel provides the gripping edge on the process line. Two high-tensile strength cables 5/16 dia. Wraps around the process line holding the stand in place. Channel mounted clamping systems ideal for multiple line runs, while absorbing shock and vibration, reducing unwanted noise and preventing galvanic corrosion. The Clamp Clamps are steel (with electrodichromati nish) or Stainless Steel Features a unique shoulder stud which is securely fashioned to one clamp half. This Controlled Squeeze design eliminates over-tightening and rotation while a nylon insert nut assures a positive lock. Clamps are steel (with electrodichromati nish). Fits any standard 1-5/8 wide channel. The Cushion Manufactured from a thermoplastic elastomer, its built tough to withstand the effects of most oils, chemicals and industrial cleaning compounds, in temperatures from -50F to 275F. A patented Living Hinge allows the cushion to be spread apart for quick, easy installation on on sizes from 1/4 through 1-3/4. Interlock edges and channel locator legs ensure that the cushion remains in place. Installation One man, one tool time savings. Retrots can be added without disassembling your present system. Ordering All pipe series and tube series above 1 3/8 are furnished without the controlled-sqeeze shoulder bolt. These series feature a threaded stud securely fastened to one clamp half.
