Vibro Seeder
Kongskilde Vibro Seeder is a tine seeder combination, for minimum tillage drilling operations in unploughed conditions. The system Vibro Seeder utilises the Nordsten NS 1500/1900 front hoppers mounted to the tractor front linkage. The seeds are metered out and pneumatically transported underneath the tractor to the rear mounted trailed Vibro Till 2800. Mounted to the cultivator frame are 4 distributor heads which ensure an even distribution to the individual rows. New seed tubes have been developed in order to deliver the seeds precisely in the narrow slot behind the vibrating cultivator tine. The wide product range of rear harrow options for Vibro Till 2800 offers a solution for covering the seeds in all conditions. The big tandem wheels on the cultivator control the seeding depth, which ensure precise and even placement of the seeds. The machine is developed and tested for seeding grain, peas and soyabeans, where the precision from a tine drill is fully acceptable. Row distance Rows distance is given by the tine pattern and Kongskilde have chosen a row distance of 150 mm, giving at the same time a good passage for residues in the frame and also a good distribution of the seeds. Flexibility The Vibro Seeder system offers flexibility for the user. Both units are individual implements, which can be used alone or in other combinations. The Vibro Till 2800 can be used for preparing the seedbed before seeding, and for normal stubble cultivation. The NS 1500/1900 front hopper can be used also for fertiliser application in connection with i.e. maize drills, sugar beet drills etc.

By having the hopper in front of the tractor a perfect weight distribution is achieved, as well as a perfect overview from the driver seat over the cultivator is achieved. High capacity Kongskilde Vibro Seeder is available in working width of 6,0 m. Working speeds of up to 12 15 km/h, offers a very high output. With easy access to the front hopper, filling is quickly and easy to do. The high capacity of the Vibro Seeder helps to reduce the costs per hectare, which is a cost saving to customer.
