HAL OBC Certificate

This document provides a template for a certificate to be produced by Other Backward Classes applying for government appointments in India. The certificate verifies that the individual belongs to a recognized Backward Class under relevant government resolutions, and that neither the individual nor their family belong to the "Creamy Layer" sections excluded from reservations. It is to be signed and stamped by district or local authorities competent to issue caste certificates.
