ABNL commands leadership position in India across its businesses: Aditya Birla Financial Services is a large non bank financial services player managing AUM of ~USD 17 billion as on 31stDecember 2011 and having an annual revenue size of ~USD 1.25 billion (2010-11). Trusted by 5.5 million customers and anchored by over 17,500 employees, it has a nationwide presence through more than 1,850 points of presence and about 200,000 agents / channel partners. Birla Sun Life Insurance (BSLI) is a 74:26 joint venture between ABNL and Sun Life Financial, Canada. Aditya Birla Money is a single brand offering the combined products and services of Aditya Birla Money Limited and Aditya Birla Money Mart Limited. It is registered as depository participant with both NSDL and CDSL and also provides commodity trading on MCX and NCDEX through its subsidiary company.

Idea Cellular Limited was incorporated in 1995, and now ranks third in terms of all-India wireless revenue market share at 13.6 per cent.
