INTRODUCTION

The project FINANCE MANAGEMENT deals with the transaction taking place in the Finance Origination. This project is very helpful to maintain the details of Pigmi, Loan, Chit fund, investment details of Finance Origination

In todays competitive word a single person can handle many businesses. It is difficult to maintain each and every transaction included in the Finance. In the Finance Management is very helpful to compute all the transaction details like Pigmi, Loan, Chit fund, investments, and query reminders. Without this software we cannot

maintain all the details and it can be used for keeping day-to-day accounts or for
recording any particular financial transactions .Data entered can be easily browsed and analyses through reports. A business person may get income from the different business and is investing amount into the Finance Management. These all the transaction involves register work. It is difficult to calculate the incomes gaining from the different businesses and expenditure done into the different businesses. It is also difficult to remember due dates for payments to the clients.

Accounting software is application software that records and process accounting transaction within functional modules such as account payable, account

receivable, payroll and trial balance.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

It is aimed to run on large scale with speed service to customer. It also involves in maintaining separate records for customer, and it is aimed to perform many activities related to business and this project includes modules like

DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT

HARDWARE SPECIFICATION:Processor : Pentium IV RAM : 512 MB Hard disk : 40 GB SOFTWARE SPECIFICATION:Platform : Windows 98 Front end : VB6.0 Back end : Ms-Access

EXISTING SYSTEM:

No proper Pigmi, loan, chit fund, expenditure detail. No proper payment detail. Time consuming. No update information. No security. Redundancy Accuracy Information Retrieval Generation of instantaneous reports not possible.

PROPOSED SYSTEM

In proposed system we can keep all the details and how much income he has getting into and what expenditure he has done. It is also helpful to take all the details for 1year which is very helpful to pay the tax. The above forms are input contains some data input and daily inputs. Apart from this we are mainly generating reports of master data and daily information to unless the performance of the operation.

Essential fields are not left blank.

Correct format.
Accuracy in data value. Active speed. Information of essential reports.

CONCLUSION

Application software system has been developed to case out the Problems faced in the Present System. The system described in this book have designed, tested and documented to same greater extent. This package is expected to prove to be very useful to the Finance management

The Goals that are expected to achieve by the software are:

Less processing time and increasing the productivity


Each transaction is updated and processing immediately Avoiding errors by minimizing human interaction through user friendly screens to enter data and enquirer the information from tables
