Preparation
The first step is to choose a topic in the presentation (what will be presented).
Do you enjoy talking about topics they will be? Do you want to entertain, inform or persuade? Whether audiences will be interested in the topic? What is the topic discussed a topic that is sensitive to a group of parties from the audience? Are there certain events relating to the topic?

Preparation (2)
After getting the topic of presentations, then try to learn how to create and present it. Some things that need to be prepared :
What is required to be submitted Collect materials that related to the presentations Make a good presentation materials, and Use a computer (ex : Powerpoint).

Essential elements
The speed of presentation Opening interesting The relevance of the topic Length of presentation: do not exceed the time available!

Exercise will help produce a good presentation.
Get how the presentation flows. To Learn how to respone feedback. Do it several times

Ready presentation
If possible, try again the day before your presentation. (Can be helped by the mirror) Arrange slides in sequence. Make sure the tools work well. Make sure anyone who helps you (if necessary) Make sure the speakers work fine Note the appearance Do not stand behind a desk, do not hinder the slide, try to close with the audience

At presentation
Express your objectives early before the presentasion, and repeat again at the end of the presentation. Do not make jokes if you are not skilled for that. Consider your behavior, avoid bad habits. Watch your time! Do not criticize things out of topic.

Handle the questions


Sometimes,the questions are predictable Repeat audience questions for the others so they knew what was asked. Give the answer to the questioner and audience Wait for the questioner finished asking before answering

Avoid questions that lead to a long discussion with someone (Give a time limit in answering the question)

To produce a good presentation , you need good preparation and process as well.
