Leadership Knowledge Production

Leadership
Leadership- Above Reproach. Example, Effort (+2), Poise, Sell out for your brothers. Do the Basics
Work time is work time Attend all workouts/practices/games, Complete all workouts/practices Be coachable- Understand the coach before you try to be understood Watch film Set the tempo- drive the speed of practice/workouts Finish every drill +2 yards past the line Same mentality for workouts +2 reps/+2 seconds, if possible Active communication with all other players- teaching, encouraging, congratulating, Study film- take notes, grade yourself Improve constantly- workouts, performance, morale Analyze film Understand opponents Bring game plan ideas to coaches Critic the details of your performance Make a practice plan to improve Do what you can do to MAKE: Every rep a winning rep Every play a winning play
