Introduction
Chari-chari store which is derived from the idea of Sari-sari store it is commonly seen on the different streets in the Philippines. The term sari-sari means many choices, several products to choose from like our store Charichari store we have a variety and several quality and delicious products to sell.

where the primary goals and course of the business is explained. It contains the expected outcomes and result of the business venture.

Organizational plan
it describes the tasks and job of all the people who are involved in the business starting for the general manager to the department heads and into its primary members.

Marketing plan
it points out and explains what products we are about to sell and how much each of our products cost. We can also discern in this part the different promotional strategies that our business will use to encourage our customers to buy and patronize our products.

Production plan
it discusses the procedures on how the products will be generated and created. It shows the different materials and ingredients that will be use in creating our products.

Financial Plan
-It discusses all the flow of money in the business from the collected funds and into the resulting profit of the business. It describes the all the expenses including the materials for the booth and the ingredients and materials for the whole store. Another is that it explains the budget and the projected income and profit and might as the loss income of the store.

To effectively influence our fellow schoolmates to love and patronize Filipino products and delicacies To make a delicious and high quality products that will be properly utilize and generated by our production department. To make an attractive and creative themed store or booth.

To properly promote and market our products creatively and strategically so that customers will patronize our products. To sell and extract almost all of our food and non-food items to properly distribute and utilize our budget and funds throughout the whole fair for us to obtain and achieve our prospected and expected outcome of profit for our business.
