Jyothi (flame) Meditation is the foremost spiritual
discipline geared towards gaining inner peace
1. Let us close the eyes and chant Omkar (OM) 3 times
To make the mind become tranquil and steady.
2. Keeping the eyes closed, let us put the breath in rhythm
To make it normal and calmer.
In our mind (mentally) repeat "SOHUM'. (1-2 mins.)
As we inhale mentally repeat "SO"
As we exhale mentally repeat "HUM".   (1-2 mins.)
3. Let us mentally bathe the senses in the light
Look at the Jyoti, imagine that the flame is ablaze in the
Lotus of our heart. Having the beautiful feeling of LOVE.
Take the flame to the different parts of the body.
"Let not my eyes see evil
"Let not my ears hear evil or bad
"Let my tongue speak only sweet words
"Let my hands do only right things
"Let my legs be always moving towards places for good actions
and good work."
Now, bring the flame up the legs slowly, strengthening; up through
the stomach, cleansing; through to the eyes, taking away all the
darkness and out of the body through the head, purify us.
4. Open the eyes and look at the Jyoti. (2-3 mins.)
5. Now imagine the figure, of the form of your choice
(Baba), for worshipping in the Jyoti.  (2-3mins.)
6. Effortlessly repeat OM SAI RAM or your personal mantra.
(2-3 mins.)
It should be natural and without tension.  Relax.
7. Slowly close the eyes and meditate for a few minutes.
(15-20 mins.)
8. Keep the eyes closed, stop repeating the mantra, or
having the flame and form consciously.   (2-3 mins.)
9. End meditation.   Softly and slowly.

Kundalani-power of Kundalini. According to her, “Kundalini is an allpervading
subtle electric power, more powerful than physical electricity.
Its movement is oblique like that of a serpent and so its shape is
said to be like a serpent. The speed of light is one Lac eighty-five
thousand miles per second but that of Kundalini is three Lac forty
five miles per second.” Western scientists call it as “spirit-fire” or
“serpental-power”. Sir John Woodroff has done a detailed analysis in
this respect. Kundalini can be called a deeply buried trove of secret energies. For
keeping valuable jewellery a safe is kept hidden in an unknown place
and it is locked by several locks so that the wealth kept in it may not
be touched by any unauthorized persons. The keys of these locks are
entrusted to competent persons who alone can, in case of necessity
open them and have access to its contents. Bottom to top-
Muladhara Chakra, Svadhisthana Chakra, Manipura Chakra, Anahata Chakra,
Vishuddha Chakra, Ajna Chakra, Sahasraram Chakra. This sometimes is also called
God's door. Lets first have a look at the divine life force coming from God. It can be
compared to the white light of the sun being transformed into different colors of a
rainbow. So is the Kundalini Shakti transformed into a different form of Prana at
each Chakras. Prana is the Sanskrit name for the life force, a metaphysical energy
beyond the physical body of being. Prana in its different forms is the life creating
and sustaining form of energy within any kind of life, be it plants, animals,
minerals, humans or purely spiritual beings. Without Prana no life could ever exist.
Chakras are acting as some kind of transformers adapting the pure divine life force
to the particular needs of each dimension of the metaphysical body of mankind.
Kriya yoga
psycho physiological method by which the human blood is decarbonizes
and recharged with oxygen.
The atoms of this extra oxygen are transmuted into life
current to rejuvenate the brain and spinal centers.
By stopping the accumulation of venous blood,
the yogi is able to lessen or prevent the decay of tissues;
the advanced yogi transmutes his cells into pure energy
Aura is an emanation projection beyond the space occupied
by the human body it is oval or egg shaped being visible
through kirlian camera
In general,

- the colour blue is evident in a person' s aura, it is an indication of deep spirituality;

- green is a healing color;
- yellow indicates high intelligence; and
- red means anger or frustration.
- The colour pink, which is rarely seen, typifies a person capable of self-less love.
Vibration of aum starts from peneal body giving vital energy to mind ,brain and
body aum has over 100 mean ,one of them is
“welcome to the god “
