Commissioning -the process
Commissioning starts when mechanical completion is
achieved
Mechanical completion should therefore be designed
and managed to allow commissioning to commence in
the preferred sequence
Before the process lets focus on the definitions.

Definition
The planned completion of the work [facility]
Built/constructed in accordance with the design requirements
Tested in accordance with the project standards and
specifications. [ANSI, BS, ISO etc]
