Load & add data

Users can add data to Applications by loading it from a file or by


entering in the data forms

Calculate

After data entry, users can run Calculation Rules to populate driverbased accounts

Adjust data

After users calculate data, users can adjust the data by using the
Journal entries that provide an audit trail for adjustments

Translate and Consolidate


Data

After data for entities is entered and adjusted, users can translate
,from foreign to Local currencies, and Consolidate this data

Approve data

After data is consolidated, users can submit the data for review and
Approval(Process Management)

Lock Data

After users receive approvals for submitted data, users can lock
the data to prevent further Modification

Run & Publish Financial


Reports

Users can run reports against the Approved data.
