AND AMBIGUITY.

 IT IS THE OLDEST CONCEPT
 BASED ON DOCTRINE OF
MAXIMISING OF SELF CONTROL
 TWO ELEMENTS IN THIS ARE:
1. MAN IS ABLE TO CALCULATE THE
INDUCEMENT WHICH HE RECEIVES
FROM HIS EFFORT.
2. HE IS ABLE TO EVALUATE ALL THE
ALTERNATIVE.
SOCIAL MAN

ITS BASED ON THE DOCTRINE THAT


MAN BEING PART OF THE
SOCIETY,IS INFLUENCED BY SOCIAL
FORCES AND SEEKS SATISFACTION
OF THOSE NEEDS WHICH ARE IN
TUNE WITH MAINTAINING HIS
SOCIAL RELATIONSHIP.
ORGANISATION MAN
IT IS AN EXTENSION OF SOCIAL MAN. IT
BELIEVES THAT THE VALUE OF LOYALTY
TO THE ORGANISATION AND
COOPERATION WITH FELLOW WORKERS
IS IMPORTANT FOR MAN.THIS CONCEPT
IS BASED ON THE IDEA OF SACRIFICING
INDIVIDUALITY FOR THE SAKE OF THE
GROUP AND THE ORGANISATION.
SELF-ACTUALISING MAN
IT IS FURTHER EXTENSION OF SOCIAL
AND ORGANISATION MAN.THIS CONCEPT
SAYS THAT INDIVIDUAL USE HIS
CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS IN SUCH A WAY
THAT HE SHOULD FEEL TO DEVELOP A
SENSE OF CREATING CERTAIN
THINGS.THUS THERE IS A CONFLICT
BETWEEN SELF-ACTUALISING AND
FORMAL ORGANISATION.
COMPLEX MAN
IT PRESENTS THE REAL PICTURE OF HUMAN
BEHAVIOUR.
THIS CONCEPT SAYS THAT:
FIRSTLY, THERE IS NO ACTION WHICH A
MANAGER CAN BE APPLIED TO SAME
SITUATION.
SECONDLY,HE SHOULD DIFFERENTIATE PEOPLE
ON THE BASIS OF VARIOUS FACTORS AND
MUST ADOPT ACTION WHICH MAY AFFECT
DIFFERENT PEOPLE.
