GENERAL MARKING
PROCEDURES
SECTION A
QUESTION 1 [ERROR CORRECTION]
10 MARKS.
Text with 10 errors that have already
been identified.
Errors are grammatical in nature ( no
spelling or punctuation errors).
Each line in the text contains one
error only that has been underlined.
Candidates are required to correct the
errors by writing the word in the
blanks along the right hand margin
[ see the example below].
