It is a classroom

Specific classroom rules and procedures
are clear
These classroom rules and procedure are
discussed on the first day of class.
Students are involved in the design of
rules and procedures
(Manzano, et al, 2003)

Techniques to acknowledge and reinforce


acceptable behavior and provide negative
consequences are employed.
Clear limits for unacceptable behavior are
established.
There is a healthy balance between
dominance and cooperation
Teacher is aware of the needs of different
types of students.

Furniture

The furniture, like the table for


demonstrations located in front of the room.
The chairs are neatly arranged with
sufficient spaces in between.
Display shelves are located at the sides
Teaching devices are placed in the nearby
cabinets.

Physical Condition of
the Classroom
Clean and orderly set-up
Natural light and flowing fresh air
Free from noise coming from the
surroundings

and closed with less difficulty
