Introduction to the case


In the case Starting Salaries, we are trying to help Marie Daer, an aspiring MBA
applicant, to decide whether to enroll in an MBA college on not based on the data which
she has got about a college.

The fields given to us in the data are age, sex, GMAT total scores, spring marks, fall
marks, number of work experience, a field mentioning if a student spoke english or not,
salary and satisfaction level of the passed out student for the course. Using this data we
will try to generate a report which Marie Daer can then use to decide better.

Starting Salaries
The total data points given to us were 274. Out of which 81 people either did not
take in the survey or did not respond to this particular question. So while doing
statistical analysis and generating graphs we have removed those data points.
