Business Question

should it kill of a division that they have that is not profitably.

Data description
the independent variables would the amount of each models sold
on each of the market segment. Sales for year 2016,sales of for
year 2015, unit change,, and unit change % .
The dependent variables would be the amount of the time that is
in each mouth

only need to use the minimum and maximum for each of the
different market. There would only be two number of observations
in each category for each of the categorical variable.
My null hypothesis is that the best selling segment of Toyota
would be the cars division based on % change , the alternative
hypothesis is that it is either the segment of SUV or the segment of
trucks based on % change

Conclusions
Based on the results of quarter 2 of 2016 the best car division
based on % change would be the suv division.
The best division by far in terms of % is the SUV division because of
selling more Rav4, Highlander, 4RUNNER, Sequoia, Land Cruiser, LX
and the RX.
The worst division would be the car division. This is because of
low sale of the scion xb , scion tc , scion iq

Suggestions
to stop selling the scion iq, scion xd and scion xb and scion tc
other suggestions would be is to market the Avalon, and GS.
they need to make pontial buyer know why the Prius is the best
car in the segments.
