Select the data by inputting in preferred selection fields

Click Select All icon to select all items to
change.

Click
to enter change mode.
Input Change Number. In case you did not input change number, Validity date of
the new change will be the date specified in Key Date field

Select the column that you need to change. You can select multiple columns to change.

Go to : Extras Mass Change

New Value Input new value
Replace Only In case you only require to replace only some item, Input the
value that needs to be replaced

You can also select a certain column and put the filter on it to select your
preferred item to change.

Once you have finished changing, please click

save button.
