Synovial joints in Sports!
Well first of all what on
earth is a sport?
A Sport is:

A physical activity that can be played as a team or individual.


A activity done for leisure or enjoyment.
A activity that helps team spirit build up.
The three sports Im going to talk
about is:

Squash
Badminton
football
Lets begin with Squash!
What is Squash?

A racket game.
Can be played in singles or doubles.
It is played using a rubber ball and is hit to the wall by a special racket
appropriate for squash.
Agility required.

Muscular contraction-eccentric
Joint location-shoulder
Joint movement-adduction
Attached muscle-deltoids
Type of joint-Movable
Next up! Badminton
Well! What is Badminton now?

Again it is a racket game.


Can be played in doubles or singles.
Players have to hit a component known as Shuttle Cock.
Players have to hit the shuttle cock above a net.
Agility required.

Now what is football?

There are 2 types of football, one American football which sort of looks
like rugby, and the other is Canadian football.
Played in a rectangular huge ground.
One of the most popular games/sports in the world(FIFA).
The game consists of 11 players per team including the
goalie/goalkeeper.
