Using Powerpoint

By
Creating your first slide

Open Powerpoint
Click on Outline Tab on the left
Start typing under Outline
Press CTRL+ENTER to move to next section
Adding New Slides

Click CTRL+M to insert New Slide o


Press CTRL+Enter to enter new bullets
Continue doing the same to add additional slides
Changing the slide layout

What does the slidelayout do?


Change layout by selecting item on the right
Add new media components to the slide
Applying the Design Template

Click on Format Menu


Choose Slide Design
Select the actual design on the right hand side
Inserting Graphics

From the Web


-Right click on image and copy(ctrl+c)
-Back to ppt and paste(ctrl+v)
