Hardware Checking
DL Simulation : check RTWP between start and stop
DL simulate
If values are - 101 to -108 dBm mean RTWP is normal.
DL Simulate

If values more than -100 dBm and more than before and
after DL simulation mean RTWP are abnormal and hardware
have problem.

If values more than -100 dBm and the values same with
before and after DL simulation mean RTWP are abnormal
and have interference.
